Domino's Pizza - London - Southgate — Restaurant in London

I used to order and collect the pizza from the shop from High Barnet and didn't had any problems, and one day I was to Hampden square and the polish guy that he presents as manager tries to convince me that the offers doesn't exist for weekends. I left the shop, I call them back and I order from phone to collect from 3 pizzas. I didn't say them of course that I was the guy that I was there few minutes ago. They accept my order, they asked me also if is the first time I order from them. Anyway I went back to shop after 15 minutes to collect the pizzas and at the moment to pay they try charge me with out the discount and explain me again the same trick that weekends doesn't exist the offer's. I left the pizza. I went opposite to Pizza Hut and I bought the same quality of pizzas for £24 and not £32. My point for this complaint in that this shop works against the good reputation of other shops of dominos pizza, I didn't had never those in dominos pizza at High Barnet, I am...

I rang the store having waited 1.5hrs for delivery.

(Problem #1) The manager (Ahmed or Amit) says the delivery driver just left and would be with me in next 5 minutes. I receive a phonecall soon after, stating they never actually got my order due to network problems. I'm not sure why there was a reason to lie in the first place?

Management apologise - and offer me a small discount in the region of 10%. I agree to re-order as they promise to get the food out to me asap.

(Problem #2) The food arrives, but with missing items from my order!

(Problem #3) I ring the store to let them know the problem. The manager is incredibly rude and makes up a remarkable story saying that I'm lying about the missing items. He offers me a free pizza on my next order - but all too late - and won't be taking it up.

I have just switched from being a Pizza Hut customer after so many years, to a new Dominos Customer & was greeted on the phone today by their lovely staff member called David, who was very pleasant & helpful on the phone, whilst I was ordering our pizza, he handled our order beautifully & gave my mum who is registered blind the best deal possible, to which we can’t bless this lovely Dominos staff member enough!!!! David’s customer service was outstanding today-16/11/23 & Domino’s seriously needs to promote David to the highest position in the company with the highest salary possible, would love to See my words turn into action real soon!
