Domino's Pizza - London - West Wickham — Restaurant in London

Ordered a deal with this Domino’s a couple of weeks ago which took a very long time to arrive. When it eventually showed up, it was cold and put together poorly which isn’t normally the case with this franchise as they’ve been great in the past. I called up to ask for a refund which they wasn’t able to do but said they’d put a free pizza against my account for next time I ordered.

As I went to order tonight, apparently there was no details of my account or me ever ordering a pizza from my address, so I therefore couldn’t get my free pizza which was promised.

Poor customer service to someone who has ordered frequently...

I was a regular customer but I won’t be ordering from Dominos West Wickham again. The pizza delivered was a total rip off, barely any cheese, tomato base or topping, it was mainly just tasteless bread. I did give my feedback a couple of days later - simply to let them know that what was delivered wasn’t good on that occasion but was disappointingly fobbed off quite rudely and told that I should have called immediately. Iv ordered here once before and it was nice. Ordered food today and found a hair in my pizza after eating half of it. I dont normally do reviews had to this time.
