Downtown kebab chicken pizza and Peri peri — Restaurant in London

Worst pizza place I have ever been to! We had ordered a pizza through just eat spending £30 worth of food. My husband had rang Spizzami twice to tell them where we live as there was confusion before with other deliveries. A pizza that was ment to be here by 9:40 was now 11 at night! I then proceed to make my own dinner with family and friends here too! I then ring them once again and she tells me it's been delivered which it has not! ( Shouting and screaming at me) In this case I should be the one to be angry but by this this stage I just wanted my refund and to never speak to the owners of this dreadful place. I rang just eat and they said that because it's says delivered it was a dispute between the owners and myself. So I rang spizzami again I was then told that if I wanted my refund that I should speak to the driver (in her own words either one of us could not be telling the truth and she can't picture him eating £30 worth of stuff and that he was a grown man! ) Once again all I wanted was my refund . I then spoke to the driver who tells me he's delivered it to a house and left it outside as there was no answer. It clearly states flat not a house on the order ! Now the owner of spizzami knows that he's delivered to the wrong address but still refuse a refund ! I'm so glad I did not eat from here! If this is there costumers service could you imagine there food hygiene!...

Not happy at all with the manager,he is really disrespectful. I went there to order 2x pizzas,I have asked for peperoni + extra beacon. I also asked how much for delivery he will charge me. He said £3 extra for the delivery (my order costs around £25) ! I just turn and I have seen a paper and there was writing “over £15 free delivery for 3miles“ I have asked him what it’s that and why my delivery was with charge,he said “No,no that’s different” really bad and disappointed !!!!!!! Also I live 1mile away from the shop so,I could have free delivery! When I arrive home,I found that my pizzas didn’t have beacon!mu fault I didn’t check but I was in rush because I wait 45 min and outside...

The food arrived within 25 minutes which is really good. the food packing was very nice and tidy. We’ve ordered chicken burger, the chicken could’ve been done better but it was okay, and it doesn’t mention on the menu whether the chicken is fried or grilled, we were hoping it’s grilled chicken burger, but it was fried, hope they add that to the menu in future. The burger bun was nice and soft, unlike many other places. The fries was amazing, probably the best fries I’ve had, very nice, fresh and tasty. Overall it was an good deal, and we enjoyed...
