E3 Vegan — Restaurant in London

I was recommended this place by Sean O'Callaghan AKA, Fat Gay Vegan, he told me that this is one of his favourite places to eat. Someone else had told me that it is very limited, Today, I decided to try it out. It looks like they may switch up the menu as today's options were 'thursday' . OMG, the staff were so generous with their time. I had the seacakes, which were AMAZING. Portions are very generous, the home made tarter sauce was delish.

It's a wonderfully calm place to go eat .... just remember .... you don't have to be vegan to go to a vegan eatery.

They also offer wine, beer and cocktails.

It was very quiet, I'd love to see more people in there. They do tea and coffee too.

I worked with the owners Jordan and Marc to organise a surprise 6 course birthday lunch for my friend. They were great to work with, encouraging me to pass on details of my friend's like and preferences so they could tailor the experience to them. The party took place in their stunning outside patio and was fabulous. We had the restaurant to ourselves and the service, food and atmosphere were top notch. Marc (the chef) explained each dish to us and his inspriation behind them, Jordan was so attentive to our needs, ensuring my friend had the best experience. A gem in Bow! Incredible service, the owner was so welcoming and friendly, she was like everyones best friend! Weather was on our side and we were able to sit in the sun in the courtyard which was lovely. Baby chair was available. The food was amazing, a handful of choices but all so tempting we struggled to decide. In the end we went with the nut roast and seacakes both of which were divine. Generous servings and delicious.
