Horrible lady at the front! No customer service skills. Over the phone, Im trying to explain my complaint which was their fault, they forgot my sauce, the wrap was twice as small as usual, and the mushrooms and sausage tasted really off, which is unusual because normally they get every order right and theres been no problems. she’s interrupting me every time im trying to say something with ‘hang on hang on hang on’. As a customer i expect my complaint to be heard by the staff and resolved in a kind manner. She was very unapologetic. She also said to me ‘minimum wage minimum effort’. As a waitress myself this is absolutely appalling and this is something unacceptable to say to a customer. At the end she started shouting at me and I started shouting back because I felt I was not being heard. I asked her for her name and to speak to her manager because i have never been treated this way, and it was clear to see that she had no manners towards me. She refused to give me her name, she rudely carried on shouting and said have a lovely day and disconnected the phone when I was still speaking. This is something that would get me fired at my job if I did that. I wonder how many other customers she has rudely shouted at like she did with me. And the workplace should be embarrassed by her...

I highly recommend this cafe to anyone that likes great food and amazing service. I went with my family for a breakfast first impression was great. The lady behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful, she was very thorough with getting our order correct. The menu was very easy to read and prices are included on the menu with a lot of options. The atmosphere is great very clean and friendly team. The service was very fast we sat down and were immediately given cutlery and our drinks within 3 minutes. The food came and the portions are big definitely worth the price and it was fabulous I got a full English breakfast it was the best I’ve had. Presentation of the food makes it look very appetising. Everyone was absolutely blown away with the quality and taste of the food. My dad if very picky about his coffees and said this was one of the best lates he’s had. Deserts were also amazing. All in all the whole meal was delicious and very affordable prices. Thank you guys for a very pleasant experience definitely...

Visited here over the weekend as we were working on a project in the park! Nice, clean, well presented cafe with friendly staff.

Saturday Breakfast was very very tasty and well presented....sausages, beans, bacon and especially the eggs were cooked to perfection.

If I was being very picky the only negative is the mushrooms....the secret to mushrooms is chop them in large pieces and don't overcook them. Would of also liked a half cooked tomato but wasn't that bothered

Sunday One of the best tuna mayo jacket potatoes I have ever eaten, with a very tasty slaw on the side. My friend had a baguette and said it was also very nice.

Tea and coffee was also very good!
