First of all the Owner of this Cafe employs very reliable and trustworthy Staff to come and work at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming and Glorious Cafe in Whetstone. The Owner's mother is an Exceptionally lovely and kind and thoughtful and pleasant person with an Exceptionally lovely personality. I am so happy for The Owner of Em's Cafe himself whom has done so well for himself in making this business into a well Established Business. The Food Hygiene Rating's at this Cafe itself have Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating's. The Owner of this Cafe himself is a very understanding and friendly and very thoughtful person and always aims to provide me with very good customer service all of the time to the very best of his ability. I have been to this Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Award Winning Cafe lots of times called Em's Cafe. The Owner of this Exceptionally Beautiful Cafe is an Exceptionally kind, courteous, thoughtful and very understanding and caring person himself. All of the Staff employed by the Owner himself are all very trustworthy, kind and thoughtful people themselves. The Food Hygiene Rating's at this Exceptionally Posh and very pretty Cafe itself have Exceedingly Excellent 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating's. The Tea and Coffee and Hot Chocolate at this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming Cafe itself is very nice and Beautiful indeed. The Owner's mum is a very loyal and lovely person indeed. I would definitely like to come to this Exceptionally Beautiful and Charming and Posh Cafe again in the Foreseeable Future. I've been at Em's coffee over 40 times while living in Barnet. In general the food is really good, but it has become more expensive over the last couple of years.

The service has overall been fair, but after coming back there so many times, I would expect the staff to be a little more friendly or understanding towards me.

Today, when visiting Em's coffee after a long absence, I was told I had to leave because I had been there for too long (even though I was ordering food and drinks). At no moment they asked me whether I wanted to have more food, drinks, or even tap water. I understand I'd been there for two hours, but I felt like I was treated like an annoyance, with no thanks or politeness. There were free tables and no queue outside. I wasn't given any heads up before.

It was a bit surprising, since oftentimes previously I would give away my table while eating to make it easier for them to accommodate more customers. Many times, I also rushed to finish my food to free my table to others.

After that, I'm not really sure if it's worth the price. It doesn't feel like a small...
