AKA “Blac restaurant ‘they said it’s part of the lmour Restaurant London but it’s the same restaurant just renovated , I went with my partner yesterday for valentines it was hectic, we booked our table in advance, we waited 15 minutes to be sat down, food took over an hour to come to us, the table nextto us had been there for 3 hours waiting for food, the chicken that my partner ordered for starters and main where uncooked, he had the flame grilled chicken and bbq chicken wings, drinks were fine, the service was terrible especially to the downstairs customers which weren’t prioritised as much as the upstairs customers, some of the staff were rude, the waitress swore very loud at the other waitress as she was frustrated with the busyness, another table which came at the same time as us managed to get there food after nearly 2 hours of waiting, we wanted to do shisha but the staff wasn’t able to accommodate us due to the chaos of the busyness, although it was valentines the staff were rude and kept trying to rush us with our bill after we ate our mains, there was a long queue outside waiting to be sat in when there was barely any space, a lot of people thought it was l’mour restyarant which is why people booked it in advance which is why there was alot of queues to be sat in , I will not go here again, food was okay, the service was terrible, staff weren’t respecting eachother or some of the customers, music was too loud couldn’t hear eachother much, too over crowded and overpriced, it’s £55 pp with 20% service...

Run by a bunch of clowns, the host at the front was rude & unwelcoming as soon as we walked in. Apparently, we had nothing booked in when me & my wife had booked via Google and I showed her the booking. She told us that’s not the right way of booking a table. SO WHY IS IT ONLINE THEN and why was the booking confirmed via Google? Very insulting. She then ended up giving us a little wobbly table in the corner after realising they messed up with the booking. She didn’t admit anything to us or apologise, instead she told US that we shouldn’t be booking through Google? We then asked a member of staff if it was possible to move tables, he said he would go and check, he’s probably still looking because he never came back to even tell us he couldn’t find anything. Just mannerless.
After getting the menu, we had to wait 20 minutes to place an order, the waiters are running around and make you feel like you’re bothering them when you ask for something. We managed to get the attention of the Shisha guy (Mohammad) who was really helpful and had got the attention of the waiter. We got our food and GOD -tasteless and not worth it. The shisha was decent thanks to Mohammed. After eating, I wanted to pay the bill and It took them 20 minutes to get it to us after asking for it. After paying, we wanted to chill and smoke shisha, why is the staff now telling me to leave when there were others who came before us still sitting?? Food - Took FARRRR too long to come with place not even full. Even messed up the order. What I did have was quite tasteless (lamb shank), however the signature chips were nice.
Atmosphere - Music is good but quite loud. They had a fire performance that last all of 5 minutes and never came back on for the duration.Might I add, I was in the restaurant for 2.5 hours.
Price - Not worth it for the establishment. They also overcharged me for shisha and something we hadn't even ordered. I told them of this as soon as I noticed and the waiter was able to resolve.
Decor - Nicely done
FYI - No parking at this restaurant!!!! although they claim they offer ''free parking. I parked in the car park they said was 'free' with dining (they remove price off bill) however it's an automated line that you can't get through to. When I informed restaurant of this, the girl at the door kindly advised that I should park on the side road but didn't mention that if my car is in the car park already, I will already be charged - as a result, received a fine. When I called the Restaurant, I couldn't even finish my sentence before they said ITS YOUR CAR, ENTIRELY YOUR FAULT. Very Very rude manager and staff, as mentioned in previous reviews.
Overall, save your money and go elsewhere where they care about customer experience such as Syon Lounge...
