My teenage children and their friends were hungry after a long day of shopping in London. They craved Mediterranean food so they went into this restaurant to eat. Shockingly, they were refused entrance by staff, claiming they were not wearing suitable clothes for the “posh” place!!!! Firstly, the group were wearing normal t-shirts and trackies, so very fashionable. Secondly, the place had no sign saying black tie or smart clothes only. Thirdly, and most importantly this treatment should not be acceptable and obviously the owners and staff know nothing about good customer service.
