WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE!!!

I URGE PEOPLE NOT TO ORDER FROM HERE. I ORDERED FOR MY FAMILY FOR IFTAR - PHONED UP AND PLACED THE ORDER AT 19.30 THE GUY TOLD ME IT’LL BE READY IN 20 MINS. I GET THERE FOR 8:10 TO FIND THAT THEY RAN OUT OF WINGS AND MY ORDER WONT BE READY FOR ANOTHER 20 MINS. BEAR IN MIND IFTAR WAS AT 20:27 AND I HAD TO DRIVE THERE WHICH TAKES ABOUT 7-10 MINS. SO THEN I HAD TO COME BACK HOME, BREAK FAST AND ORDER FROM ZING INSTEAD AS I CALLED THEM MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO ANSWER. NEVER...

In comparison to other Favourites branches, my experience has unfortunately been substandard with the Gants Hill branch.

Chicken wings bought for myself and family were pink and undercooked. As a result, I've had to dispose the food.

As a takeaway specialising in chicken, it is not expected they would not know how long it would take to defrost/cook.

Go here sometimes for the regular chicken and chips. Chips and wings are good but prices is the inly thing which downgrades it. £3.50 for chicken and chips is quite overpriced compared to other places I could go, I could get a drink with extra money.

I recommend to order wings itself which goes at the rate of 3 wings per £1 through which you get more value for money and skip...
