Five Guys Burgers and Fries Camden — Restaurant in London

I ordered a 2 burgers and two fries on Deliveroo. Order #1735. I requested that both of the burgers come grilled cheese style, with the buns toasted on the outside. One of the burgers had cheese and one of them didn’t, but when I spoke to a five guys employee he said that was perfectly fine. When the food arrived, only one of the burgers was in a grilled cheese style with toasted buns (the burger with cheese), and the other one was just a normal burger (mine). In addition to that my burger was so soggy it was like somebody had dunk it in water before wrapping it in the foil. I called five guys to complain, and the guy who had confirmed that both burgers would be in the grilled cheese style was so rude and even hung up the phone.

I’ve ordered from this exact five guys before and the quality of food i had those times was much better than what I received today so I am really disappointed, especially since I spent my money on it.

As for the employee/service, it was equally terrible and honestly would love to speak to a manager as somebody like that shouldn’t be working with people.

Asked if a pile of unused paper napkins belonged to me, my experience did not start well - especially seeing them taken off the table then replaced in the dispenser - unused perhaps but still out on a dirty table for a while.

I ordered a vegetable sandwich - was not clearly offered an option for cheese or extra toppings. I specifically requested the vegetables be well cooked. What I received was a dry bun, 2 slices of tomatoes, lettuce and a pile of less than well done onions, some mushrooms and no grilled peppers or other vegetables.

I complained to staff and customer services but received very disappointing replies.

Have given 2 stars because the chips are fresh and good and not cooked in animal fat. Also, the burgers look good, even though I didn't eat them.

Strongly advise staying well away from the veg sandwich which is a disgraceful rip-off and something Five Guys should be ashamed to include on their menu.

I went last night with my boyfriend to eat some burgers and fries as we were craving this for whole week. We have choosen the Camden branch as it was more closer to home. But we got there and we were disapointed as the famous sauces were not available. So we got the burgers, fries and ketchup mayo from saches. The saches are not good at all. You can not compare them to the famous mayo and ketchup made specially for 5 Guys. Also the quality of the burgers was not so good as expected. We have eaten before at the Uxbridge and O2 branch and it was way better. The experience from last night made me feel sad. Also the restaurant was not so clean, tables were dirty and the music too loud. I dont have nothing against rock music but honestly it was too loud to enjoy any conversation.
