I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pizza Pilgrims in Camden Town and would like to share my experience, particularly highlighting the exemplary service provided by the manager, Ciro.

Right from the start, you can sense the attention to detail and the passion for hospitality that Ciro brings to the restaurant. Welcoming each customer with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor, Ciro creates a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. It’s evident that his commitment goes beyond mere operational management; Ciro is truly dedicated to ensuring that each guest has a memorable experience.

His expertise in the restaurant industry is evident as he expertly coordinates the staff and manages the workflow, ensuring that every order is served swiftly and accurately. Ciro also stands out for his ability to handle any issues with great professionalism, consistently maintaining a high level of service.

Another remarkable aspect of Ciro’s work is his knowledge and passion for the food. It’s clear that he has a deep understanding of the dishes offered, always ready to recommend the best combinations and provide details about the preparation and ingredients.

In summary, the success of Pizza Pilgrims in Camden Town is undoubtedly bolstered by Ciro’s dedication and skills. His leadership is a prime example of how a manager can positively impact the overall customer experience. I highly recommend visiting Pizza Pilgrims to not only savor the delicious pizzas but also to experience the impeccable service that Ciro and his...

I recently visited Pizza Pilgrims in Camden Town and had the pleasure of being served by Ciro. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming, setting the stage for a great dining experience.

Ciro was an absolute delight. His warm, friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease. He was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our needs were met promptly. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and his recommendations were spot on.

The pizzas were fantastic, capturing the authentic taste of Neapolitan pizza. The dough was perfectly soft and chewy, with just the right amount of char from the wood-fired oven. Toppings were fresh and flavorful, making every bite a joy. The Margherita pizza, in particular, stood out with its rich tomato sauce and creamy mozzarella.

The Camden Town location has a vibrant, casual vibe that's perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. The decor is fun and quirky, adding to the overall charm of the place.

Ciro's exceptional service elevated our dining experience at Pizza Pilgrims. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers' satisfaction. Combined with the delicious food and lively atmosphere, it's easy to see why this place is a local favorite.

I highly recommend visiting Pizza Pilgrims in Camden Town and hope you have the pleasure of being served by Ciro. You won't be...

I went to this place in Camden with my friends yesterday . The welcome was lovely but , the service level declined throughout the afternoon and early evening. There was effectively only one waitress and she was occupied with customers- naturally. But the basics were being missed I had to put my hand up , shout to passing staff , a real lack of attentiveness to customer. This was my second visit. First visit was better but menu toppings options limited.

The plus points are the business has a good pizza dough and is using the fired oven. However , you cannot just rely on that , the attention to customers must be there , I waited more than 20 minutes for a takeaway box. Had to get up and ask again before getting it. The food was average, I don’t think the oven was operating well the outta crust was too burnt and the main inside part - too soggy , and undercooked. When taken home and put in a fan oven the tomato heavy watery pizza was a bit better .

I left my friends for 20 minutes to move the car and our plates were not even cleared. My advice they must do better on customer service and responsiveness. Check the oven avoid burnt ash on pizza.

Very disappointed with the overall level of service and next time will go to Homeslice , more options...

I hate pizza but this place changed my mind. Stopped by late evening after a long street photography walk from Shoreditch to Camden parkway. Couldn't decide to go Korean or five guys but this place looked cozy so I decided to go in. Surprising good menu and drinks selection. (Not been to PP since the they first opened the soho branch years ago). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sat against the windows on the comfy sofa seating. Tables were clean and tidy and condiments were full even at so late in the day. Ordered the double pepperoni and hot honey and cherry soda. Both were excellent. The ratio of cherry syrup to soda was on point. The pizza was amazing. Chewy crispy crust. Seasoned very well. Added some more chilli oil on top for extra hit. Highly recommended if you are in the area. On a side note... to the two Scottish students sitting to my left. You were both bubbly and full of life. And yes it was me who paid for your pizzas! surprise! Hehe. Enjoy London! Hope your studies goes well and best wishes to the future. Chloe... what was their reaction when you told them? 🥳

It's a Friday evening, my 2 friends and I decided to dine at the Pizza Pilgrims in Camden and boy was it a delight! Waitress Ama welcomed us to our table, clearly described the menu and provided great recommendations to try. Service was very smooth and Erika made delightful and delicious beverages for us to enjoy. The atmosphere was exactly what we needed on a Friday night. Someplace relaxed to enjoy with friends after a long week of work. Great for socialising. A special shout out to Chloe as she recommended the place and just like Ama and Erika, adds amazing value to Pizza Pilgrims. It made our night, definitely will pop by again! An all in one restaurant for quality food, great prices and definitely tailored service unique to the guests. Well done Ama, Erika and Chloe👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Today I went to Pizza Pilgrims for the first time and I was disappointed. I ordered Margherita extra which is like a “more cheese” version of Margherita. When I got the pizza I wasn’t very happy (see photo attachment) I only see a few cheese on the pizza plus a tiny bit of sauce. Usually when I taste a really good pizza it’s not like a dry pizza like the one I got from pizza pilgrims. The pizza dough was way too crispy as if it was like a fried dough instead of a soft pizza dough. I saw other pictures from the reviews look very tasty but what I got was completely the opposite. A few cheese, a few sauce, super dry and way too crispy to the point where it was even hard to cut.
