It would be a very nice playground, but the water feature has not worked for two years (according to park management, the restrooms and water playground cannot operate at the same time due to insufficient pipe capacity. Makes me wonder which engineer planned this and why they didn't insist on reworking it). In addition, the plantings consist of thorny plants and bushes, even nettles are not removed. The stone walls were bordered with wire frames with sharp edges - very dangerous! One can get caught while climbing. And yes - children climb on it and that's fine, but because you can get caught so easily, you really have to pay attention as a parent. In addition, defective parts are not repaired for a very long time. I wonder what's going wrong. We live next door, so are very often there, but it could and should be mich better. The large wooden climbing frame has also been closed for about a year. What is broken there? And why isn't it being repaired? Consider the playground is relatively new with about three years -...

This is perhaps the best playground in all of central London. It's so so well planned and thought out as it incorporates nature and its surroundings into the equipment. It is certainly worth a visit - it really sets the bar for how to design a playground; I was so impressed. The restroom is on premise and is for children only. The attendant turned many adults away. There is also play equipment outside the gated area of the playground. I was disappointed the flying fox was not working when I got there - that was the one...

Great playground in Regents Park for children of all ages! Picnic benches provided. The kids loved the zip line and obstacle courses. Surrounded by large green space great for picnicking and passing a ball. Bathrooms were sized for children. Larger bathrooms near the zoo for adults. Water bottle filling stations inside the children’s bathroom. We will definitely visit again!

Only downside is we did not see trash or recycling bins near the playground. Park was still very clean and...

As others have mentioned, much of this playground is centered around a water area with sand. It looks quite interesting, but was not functional during our visit. Overall, I would say this playground appears slightly more impressive than it actually is, although it has some interesting climbing obstacles to be sure (pictured). One great benefit is the designated toilet for children.

Nice, clean playground with some interesting play areas. It’s a shame the water play area was switched off, but I can imagine when it’s working the kids would love the interactive water and sand installation.
