Visiting Gea Chelsea was a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere is cozy and sophisticated, with charming décor that creates the perfect setting for a relaxing dinner or a special occasion. The service was attentive and efficient, which made the experience even better. The food was undoubtedly the highlight of the evening. Each dish was well-prepared, with fresh ingredients and flavors that pleasantly surprised us. The menu offers a good variety of options, catering to both traditional tastes and those looking for something more innovative. However, the Pistachio Lovers dessert, which seemed promising, didn’t quite live up to expectations. While it had an appealing presentation, the flavor wasn’t as remarkable as the rest of the menu. Overall, Gea Chelsea is an excellent choice for those seeking a quality dining experience in London, with just a small area for improvement in the dessert. I would definitely return to explore other menu options.

1️⃣ Environment: I like the decoration and layout of the restaurant. It was cozy and warm, especially on a raining cold night. 2️⃣ Location: a bit far from the nearest tube station. Around 15-18mins walk. Around the street corner, easy to find. 3️⃣Food: decent amount. Price around £24-25 for a Main dish like prawn lingunie, cod fish. A bit pricey. We ordered some cocktail, starters and one Main dish. Ended up with £45 per person. 4️⃣ service: friendly and very helpful. Even help to take perfect pics. And send some desserts as gift in the end. The lamps have two mode And you can adjust the brightness from the top. 😄

I highly recommend visiting this place. For those who appreciate good food… Here you will be met at the entrance, and taken to your table, which is very comfortable. I ordered a steak, I want to admit that I didn't eat such a steak for a very, very long time, and in combination with their red wine, the taste takes on a magical experience that is difficult to convey in words. I would especially like to mention the bread, it was handmade and accompanied by a sauce that you will love its taste… Very warm and familiar place 🥰 Definitely i will go back again 👏🏻

A sublime Mediterranean Feast at Gea! An extraordinary culinary journey awaits at Gea in Chelsea, where authentic Mediterranean flavours are elevated to an art form. Each dish is a masterpiece of texture, flavour and presentation. The spinach pie reimagined as a salad is a stroke of genius-crispy filo shards nestled among fresh greens, generously showered with feta. The contrast between the delicate greens and the shattering crunch of the pastry creates an exciting textural interplay. The octopus dish is nothing short of spectacular. Perfectly cooked tentacles rest atop a velvety fava puree, adorned with vibrant diced tomatoes and lemon infused olive oil, creating a harmonious blend of land and sea. The octopus itself is cooked to tender perfection! The orzo pasta dish is a celebration of the Mediterranean's bounty, plump prawns and tender rings of calamari are tossed with perfectly cooked orzo in a light, creamy, flavourful sauce. The seafood is impeccably fresh and the portion is generous without being overwhelming. For dessert, the orange pie is a revelation. A creative twist on traditional Greek orange-flavoured desserts, it arrives beautifully plated with fresh berries, "namelaka" cream and vanilla ice cream. The presentation creates a warm, inviting glow that makes the dessert as much a feast for the eyes as for the palate. The attention to detail in both flavour composition and presentation demonstrates the kitchen's commitment to excellence. Gea doesn't just serve food; it creates memories through thoughtfully crafted dishes that honour Mediterranean traditions while adding contemporary flair. The atmosphere buzzes with the kind of energy that can only come from a team that genuinely loves what they do. The warmth of traditional Greek hospitality shines through in every interaction. From the moment you step through the door, you're treated like family by the passionate and knowledgeable team. The owner's presence is felt throughout the dining experience, greeting guests with genuine warmth and sharing insights about the food and wine with infectious enthusiasm. Whether you're a lover of Mediterranean cuisine or simply in search of an exceptional dining experience, Gea is an absolute must-visit. The combination of outstanding food, impeccable service and genuine hospitality makes it clear why this gem has become a standout in London's competitive dining scene. A special thank you to the owner and the entire team for creating such a welcoming and extraordinary dining...

Beautifully designed restaurant with nearly delicious food that needs a bit of tweaking. It was all well-meaning but….. I think our tall young waiter must have been new as he was hopeless, forgetting several times our request for water (I was parched throughout) and stacking dirty plates in front of my guest until her face disappeared behind them and then throwing the cutlery into the well of this stack. We had the set menu. The aubergine dip was delicious but not enough. Waiter forgot a spoon to serve and we had to pour it onto the plates as it wasn’t possible to dip as the table was too big to stretch to the centre of the table. . I could have had a bowl to myself in particular with their lovely warm bread. A fresh salad arrived as our second course. Beautifully dressed fresh spinach leaves between layers of filo pastry and grated feta. There was just too much of it. We all chose the orzo bisque but I think they forgot the bisque. Whilst the topping of chargrilled calamari and prawn was succulent the pile of tasteless and tepid orzo underneath was disappointing and I wouldn’t order this again. It was a chore to eat and I didn’t bother to finish it. The waiter wasn’t around to ask for salt and pepper! I am not one for desserts but the orange cake was perfection. I have never eaten anything more delicious. The sponge was light and the unexpected crunchiness was a surprise. The ice cream was unnecessary. Would I go to this restaurant again? Yes I would. It deserves a second chance and I would hope I had a...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Gea in Chelsea, and I can't praise the experience enough. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service from Emanuil and Ildi, who truly made the evening memorable.

Their friendly demeanor and attentiveness stood out, as they made sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, enhancing our dining experience.

As for the food, it was absolutely delicious—every dish was a burst of flavor, prepared with evident care and expertise. The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was spot on. Not only was the food outstanding in taste, but it also offered great value for money, which is rare to find in such a prime location.

Overall, Gea in Chelsea is a gem, thanks to the incredible service from Emanuil and Ildi, as well as the exceptional quality of the food. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic...
