Personally I wouldn’t come here again, service is really slow. More talking than anything! Drinks were ok but the food on the other hand was disgusting, one meal came out first then 10 mins later the other plate arrived.

My partner asked for his beef to come out well done but when the beef arrived I was shocked it did not look freshly cooked! When I tasted it, the meat tasted off. I went straight to the bar to talk to the manager who instantly said he will take it off I then had to ask him to take the sides off as I wouldn’t be eating that also as I ordered it with the roast dinners

He rushed his staff over to snatch the food to which without asking they snatched my daughters chips as they don’t have a children’s menu so that’s all we could order and then the management made comments to his staff in front of me very unprofessional...

IN RESPONSE TO THE BELOW : THE DEPUTY MANAGER CALLED ME BACK YESTERDAY AFTER MY CALL TO ADD MORE PEOPLE TO THE BOOKING (through this call I found out there was no booking) - TO RE-CONFIRM THERE IS NO BOOOKING! NO ONE CALLED TO ARRANGE AN ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION!!! On top of it all - you are now lying to customers and trying to defend a poor review....pathetic..

Had a party of 6, all American travelers. One of us went to the bar to order, but they were nice enough to offer table side service since we were clearly new to all of this. We ordered a few appetizers: the scotch egg, the chili Mac 'n Cheese, and some kind of melted cheese dish. The scotch egg was not runny and it was cold- disappointing. The chili Mac 'n Cheese was entirely missing the chili- disappointing. The cheese dish was actually good, it was smooth and melty and offered a depth of flavor with the accompanying olives.
