Greggs — Restaurant in London

I've been here 3 times and the food is always cold hardly anything was available to buy to eat fancied a steak bake had to settle for a chicken bake as thats the only thing I could get due to not eating pork when I asked if any stake bakes are coming out the answer was no I have to put them in the oven. I felt like saying PUT THEM IN THEN WHAT YOU WAITING FOR! But I didn't as I didn't want to be rude. Got some potato wedges for the kids which were half cooked, packet doughnuts were soggy upon opening luckily I was on my way home so I was able to heat up the chicken bake in the oven before eating it. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because not all their staff is rude. However some have no business working in customer service roles. I arrived today expecting it to be open, it was not. They eventually opened the door just gone 7.45am. I said “sorry, what are the opening hours” (I was waiting outside for almost 10minutes) the rude girl replied, the delivery was late. That was not my question!! She said 7.30. After placing and getting my food, I said, you could see I was waiting outside, whether your error or not or even if you don’t mean it, what would it take to apologise to your customers. Terrible... due to poor location and the size of the store their variety of food... both sandwiches and pastries is poor.... their pastries are never hot !!! when you go here expect a cold pastry.....
