Greggs — Restaurant in London

I see a comment about a big guy at the till about his service. I have been going to this place for three years now, and I think we are talking of the same person because I feel the same way. This guy has never smiled a single time I have been at Greggs Southside Shopping center and I always have this feeling I'm bothering his working hours when I order something. I am so fed up I'll ask his name and update this review. He drains a my energy so much that I cannot even afford to go back to the till and check his ID/badge. Unfortunately he is one of the permanent guys coz I always see him when I pass by. Big guy with a big belly. I have worked in customer service for twelve years, and I can confidently say he doesn't have the skill at all. He should be thankful...

I am a regular customer of this store, because I pass this Greggs on my way to work everyday. The staff is familiar with me because I visit everyday, and they are super friendly and the service is amazing. I don't need to comment on the food because I am a huggeeee Greggie. I wish the store every success. Special thanks to Syed who always goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. However, if you could please clean your tables as soon as customers leave, that would be greatly appreciated, hence 4* on the atmosphere aspect....

The service of the big guy at the till is horrible he can’t even give a ketchup with a sandwich, pizza and sausage roll and asks money for it lol it’s not that I don’t mind paying for a ketchup but his attitude and the way he speak!!!

Seriously this guy is for the back of house not front or never the till, he should be a little bit polite and humble not even asking for a smile always but seriously be a bit humble, act as he hate working there and shows his stress out!!!
