Greggs — Restaurant in London

Disgusted by the refusal.

At 7.30 am I went to Gregg's as usual to pick up some bakery and coffee. I bought vegetables bake and after 1st bite right outside the Gregg's I found out that it is stone cold. I went right back in to ask for replacement but both ladies told me no. Once they out they are out. Now at 7.30 if your freshly cooked bake are cold then either your hot hold is not working or it was old bake left on counter for sell. Not to mention it contains creamy substance in vegetable bake filling. It must serve hot and within the food safety regulations temperature. It was stone cold, as I said. I have to throw that into the bin. And went to next door shop and bought a sandwich.

7.30 am I can't be bother to start arguing over a bake and effect my daily routine and mood. It is most horrible experience with Gregg's. I will never use this facility ever again. I am going to report this to the local authority of your borrow. And tk the environmental...

02/12/16 I ordered regular latte and Pain au chocolat but the lady gave me a hot chocolate and latte. As i told her her I didn't order a hot chocolate..i ordered a pain au chocolat.. It was not my mistake at all if she don't listen to the order properly.. And she was making her face and the way she gave me the Pain au chocolat.it was jut like throwing it away.. Very very...

There is only one lady who is happy to do her job and serving customers with pleasure. The others are simply working for wages and prefer do not hear what a client say. Have asked for hot steak bake at the time they took it out from oven, they gave me just warm from the previous lot, when I asked to change it received the same one. Hope this post will help to improve...
