Omg what can i say staff are ok, you can get hot drinks hot foods and desserts they have seating which is not very clean at the best of times so be prepared to clean up and clear away other peoples messes 😒. I'm a huge fan of Gregg's mocha it is definitely underrated. I actually prefer it to Starbucks and even McDs. You get a good helping for what you order. They have quite a large range of pastries, pastas and even salads. They also offer a few fruits and lots of tasty treats. The staff are polite and friendly. The one downside I have is the cues can build up to the doors in the morning but this can't be helped it's because the coffee machine takes forever. This place opens up when they feel like it's right for the staff. Don't bother looking at the door times because these snails don't have any time keeping skills. The shop is dirty there is rubbish and dust all over the floors and the tables have stains and left overs from the night before.
