"Extremely Rude Service"

I went into this branch of Greggs today approximately 10.45am I was very happy as usual on entering I was asked by a Polish Lady who was free to serve can I help (without you), I said politely do you have any pastries which are “Hot” she said WHAT, so I repeated myself then she aggressively said NO, I starred at her very hard in disbelief with shock & horror and just left the shop immediately, whilst leaving I turn round to look again at her and she disappeared into the back of the shop ignoring all the other waiting customers, then 2 x other customers left due to her attitude and manners, should you ever go into this branch avoid this Polish lady like the plague (it won’t be difficult to spot her) the other 2 x ladies & the Gentleman who are normally on duty are very pleasant and nice to the customers when every I go into this branch on...

Couldn't have been more surprised or happier to find a greggs open that early in Edmonton for the first greatest part of my experience. But the woman on shift on Friday morning (fee forgive me if I'm wrong) at the very least deserves a raise from the company or a promotion (if its wanted please don't give her more responsibility at my insistence lol) but I wish you all the best karma and luck in the world for the fact that once again my faith in humans was restored by an interaction with a complete stranger as opposed to my own family let alone my friends. You had no way of knowing the place I was in but your kindness and patience got me through the rest of the morning and as per usual the food ga e me the fuel I needed to carry myself through it so thank you from the bottom...

Just went to get some vegan sausage roll the, girl serving was polite but she served me cold sausage rolls it was even hard on the outside, I went back in literally as soon as I stepped out to ask if she could heat it up or something because it was cold, she said she weren’t allow to ... fair enough but atleast be honest and tell me it’s cold to the touch before taking my money, don’t think I’ll be visiting this particular branch it was a one of thought it would be nice to have something to eat after a long days work, such...
