Greggs — Restaurant in London

Would of been 5 but unfortunately on the 24th of November 2018 I got a service with today from some guy who was quiet at talking forgot to tell me the mince pies where 2 for £3 and that I was missing crips to make my breakfasts a meal deal I did it on purposes to see how greggs employees where yesterday was fine they reminded me about my deal and the mince pies and even offered to heat up my sandwich but today was disappointing would I return to greggs yes but only to be serve by the other employees not...

Service with a smile even first thing in the morning they really try to look after you and upsell to you without being pushy. A good team. *UPDATE * 30/1/19 Went in this morning, served by woman with reddish Brown shoulder length hair. Got the impression she wanted to get on with her work and not serve. Asked me albeit reluctantly what I wanted, I told her on 3 separate occasions Sausage and egg in a roll, she still got it wrong! Ended up with sausage in a roll. Hence now...

Never have anything hot ready, the staff do.not use their experience to see that the display is empty and they should start putting items in the oven.

I always walk in to see the display is empty apart from sausage rolls. Whenever I ask for something I am told we can throw some into the oven for you will you wait 15/20 minutes. No I will not wait.
