If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was by far one of the most disappointing, frustrating, and infuriating experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant.
I placed my order through Uber Eats at 3:00 PM – a time when their system clearly shows they’re open and accepting orders. After waiting over an hour with no update, I called the restaurant. Their response? “Oh, the driver doesn’t start until 4:30.” Excuse me? Then why are you accepting orders at 3:00?! That’s incredibly misleading and shows a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time.
The food finally arrived nearly two hours later. Part of the order was missing too — as if the long wait weren’t enough. Worst of all, no one even apologized. Not a word of regret, no compensation, not even the basic courtesy of acknowledging their mistake. The entire attitude was careless and indifferent.
To make things worse, I didn’t even get to eat the food. I had to leave for work by the time it arrived, and the delay completely ruined my schedule — and my day. I ended up wasting £30 on food I never got to eat, and I left the house angry, hungry, and stressed.
This experience was an absolute nightmare. Horrible service, unacceptable delay, missing items, and a customer service attitude that’s basically “we don’t care.”

Read moreOrdered for a collection in store and the ladies behind the counter were very rude. We arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready and were told to wait "a couple of minutes". We were offered no place to sit so we eventually sat at an empty table waiting for an update.
After FIFTEEN minutes, we were offered a small drink as acknowledgement of the slow service, of which I refused as I did not see how I would be able to drink this in time and frankly I just wanted the order. Not sure why this was not suggested when we arrived as it would have been more useful. Once the food was finally brought to us, we were shown out of the restaurant without an apology or even a goodbye! Staff felt they were doing us a favour and showed pure ignorance to the situation.
Note to owners: If you can't handle the orders, don't accept them. I will be going elsewhere in the future and know to avoid now. Unfortunately we always have to find out...
