I came to eat a burger and got food poisoning for a week

The staff were nice, but forgot to serve me. I ordered a burger and a drink, the drink was excellent. The burger had hair in it, when I noticed, I stopped eating it and brought it to the counter. They wouldn't remake it and I had to pay full. I had food poisoning for a week and could barely move. For that reason I have to give it a negative review, even if the meat was poisoned by the meat factory, the staff should offer to redo it or refund.

Edit: they replied and literally think I'm a different person. I guess multiple people get food poisoning from this place. I ordered a burger, I'm allergic to mayonnaise. I had to pay full price, no order...

I ate here only once , on the 29th August 2025. The sauces don’t close . I poured garlic sauce on my food and the lid came off and poured on my entire plate, my clothes and my phone. And the waiter refused to give me a fresh order she returned my plate to me after wiping the Garlic sauce with tissue . The entire chicken kebab and chips gave me diarrhea. The waiter then served another customer pouring the food on her lap. And the customer said you aren’t even looking when you are serving. Save your money and eat somewhere else ! The waiter and staff are so rude, they act like you are bothering them and the customer...
