Harrow Cakes — Restaurant in London

Will never go back there again. I did order a cake for my Baby's Baptism over a month before and paid in full straightaway. A girl that served me took a pictures or a cake I want it and promised me it will look like on a picture. I did contact them few days before to make sure my cake will be ready for Sunday. I got a message back that they are closed on that Sunday because they have Easter which I did understood but if I wouldn't contact them nobody would let me know they are closed (no notes on the website as well) and I wouldn't have a cake. Very unprofessional. Cake looks terrible. It meant to be mint colour with pink letters and date. Cake was white with black writting and no date on it. Decorations on a cake looked terrible. Very dissapointed with a service. I couldn't talk to anyone because a girl that served me was hidding at the back and didn't want to come out and the rest of the staff didn't speak english. When I complained one of the girls said she will give me mu money back and throw away the cake if I don't like it. This is not the way you treat your customers. Not even a sorry. Don’t even want to give this one star but had no choice, shop is absolutely full of amazing looking cakes . As a birthday treat for myself and hubby we popped in and purchased two slices , what a complete waste of money, absolutely disgusting. I ordered a very simple strawberry shortcake for £70. The cake looked nothing like the picture I sent but I thought I’d give them the benefit of the doubt because I was excited for it.
