Hazelnut Fleurs — Restaurant in London

Came here on the 01.11.24, first time visiting. There was a Halloween event on and a group enjoying themselves, all friendly and chatty. Made us feel very welcome. However, the staff behind the bar that evening didn’t seem too impressed to be working this event. They had miserable faces all evening, huffing at the customers and whispering with eachother behind the bar. Towards the end of the night they were arguing with their customers outside. Made us feel extremely uncomfortable so we left. Such a shame as we were having fun! Highly doubt il return to somewhere the staff have no customer...

After wanting to visit this bar for many years I wasn't sure what to expect. Always looked friendly and sociable from passing, and confirmed it was both in bucket loads when I visited. Friendly staff with a positive light, fun and chatty attitude that instantly make you feel at home. The customers are all so friendly also, some great conversations and just a wonderful place to hang out or party should you so wish. Have been wanting to visit here for a while now. I went on a Thursday so there was a guy serving jerk chicken, rice and peas and festival, which was nice.
