Ordered online, they cancelled our order. Then when they telephoned i placed the order on the phone last night at 9:45pm. I then reiterated that the food is for kids aged 5-11 so how long will it take. They said 35-45 mins. at 10:30pm they still were not there. My brother called and they said they were 5 minutes away. In-fact they turned up at 10:40, that is 55 minutes after i placed the order. When i called them to complain, the guy on the phone was very rude to me and said i was giving him attitude. I then said is this the way you speak to your customers. I then went and said to them what can you do to compensate me then as the kids are very hungry now. They said nothing. They can do. The guy on the phone said we can have the pizza for free, but when we called the delivery driver he said something else to him. In the end after waiting more than 45 minutes we had to pay the full price. This wasn't an issue but if they arrived on time it would be a different situation. When the pizza came they were all squished together and very hard to eat and cold. We tried to call back but they did not answer their phone which is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed and would like some sort of compensation back for this. I will not be ordering from here ever again! A'LA pizza is so much better and has better...

I have been ordering from here for many years, and I don't know what was worse—the mould on our pizza base or the customer service I received when reporting it to them. Unfortunately, after most of the pizza had been eaten by six children, I noticed when my son left a bit upside down on his plate. That's when I checked the remaining slices in the box and saw mould. My husband called the shop right away, and they offered us more pizza, which obviously we said no to. We asked for a refund. They said no, but they then offered us 25% off our next order, which again we obviously said no to as we have no intention to order from here again. My husband said we just want a refund. They then asked how many slices were left and refused to give us a refund as we ate most of the pizza. They failed to understand that 6 children and 3 adults just ate mould. Eventually, after I had a massive go at them and told them I'd be reporting them to Newham Council, my husband went to the shop, and we got our refund. It should not have been so difficult; there was no apology. They blamed the heat; however, that's no excuse. They should be storing the pizza bases as per food safety and hygiene guidelines.

The staff member at the rear of the shop making the pizza; his a proper time waster; in fact his cheating the system by not putting the 4 toppings a customer requires instead he layers the pizza with massive amounts of cheese which is obviously much cheaper than the toppings. This place is actually cheating the customer by not putting all the toppings or if any they will be buried under the layers of cheese and very little of it as well. The prices of the pizza have increased massively and the service has gone worse by defrauding customers. Take my advice check the pizza you order and make sure you get full toppings if not leave and don’t pay for it. Overall if you want a proper pizza I suggest you go to Pizza Hut Woodgrange Road; I know it’s not halal but the veg option is the best or pizza express at least you can see the toppings!!!
