In August we attended the âForbidden Nightsâ show at Infernos for my friendâs hen do, and it was absolutely brilliant! The show was fantastic with a great host, performers and top-tier entertainment all in a more intimate setting before the club opened to the public.
The club itself is fab, it's a big venue with lots of different areas to explore, including the quirky âconfessionâ corner with a priest. The smoking area reminded me of a secret garden where it was situated! The music caters to all tastes, with a wide range of genres, so there's something for everyone.
But what truly makes this place stand out is the incredible staff! From the bar staff, cloakroom attendants to the management (particularly Ian!) and the security team, everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. A special shoutout to Jack too from the security team he was an absolute gem!
This venue has everything you need for a perfect night out, and with a McDonaldâs practically next door, what more could you ask for? Thank you to the entire team for giving our bride the perfect...
Read moreIf someone reads this comment I would highly recommend to not go to this place and donât buy tickets online because youâll be refused entry based on your ETHNICITY. Me and my friend bought 2 tickets plus the uber rides from our places to the club and went there for our first time as some friends suggested us as a nice club but it didnât seem so. When we went at the door once we showed our IDâs and security saw that our nationality is ALBANIAN he said go somewhere else tonight guys, we asked for an explanation as we already had tickets and their reply was we donât have to give explanations, manager said no, we asked for the manager and she came out saying itâs the security I canât do anything weâre a private venue, so they was throwing it at each other, never felt so discriminated. Racist Security, Racist manager. Take my advice avoid it if you donât want your night ruined by some low life staff! This experience and the face of that racist security will go viral on social media, racism and discrimination should not be tolerated these days. Also they didnât refund...
Read moreTo go to Infernos you really need to know what your expectations are. A great place to end a night and it's rife with a younger, modern crowd and a lively/excitable atmosphere. Infernos opens really late and so does attract the drunk clientele, I would say it's a place to avoid if sober.
The venue itself is very large, my review is based on the main room, an open plan event-like space with multiple bars and a few tables and seating areas. As other reviews have mentioned, the venue is carpeted so it can tarnish easily and does have an effect on the smell. Bar service, at least on the times i've been, is actually fairly quick because of the fact there are a lot of small bars dotted around the outside edges of the venue. The drinks aren't the cheapest, as is to be expected with London prices. The dancefloor is pretty big, with one elevated stage complete with a podium. Behind this stage is another elevated bar with a balcony.
4 stars is worthy I think. It's a giddy, lively venue good for the late nights. Staff...
