itsu - City Road — Restaurant in London

I recently visited Itsu at 161 City Road and had a fantastic experience! The food was, as always, fresh, light, and delicious. I grabbed some sushi and a hot chicken gyoza soup – both were perfectly prepared, and you can tell they take quality seriously here.

But what really made this visit stand out was the staff. There was a super helpful and funny guy, who I believe might have been the kitchen manager. He was incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even better. It's rare to find such genuine, personable service, especially in a fast-casual setting like this. I left feeling not only satisfied but also in a great mood thanks to him!

Oh wow where to begin? Last weekend, we had a great family outing at Itsu on 161 City Road. The moment we walked in, the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and the kids were thrilled with all the sushi and fresh options.

There was a balding guy on the team who seemed a bit serious at first, and I couldn’t help but feel a little suspicious of him. But as the meal went on, he turned out to be one of the friendliest staff members, always checking in on us and making sure everything was perfect. He even made the kids laugh with a little joke!

The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was fantastic. We had an amazing time, and the whole family left happy, already planning...

Day before yesterday i have visited Itsu, City road with my husband. And i have got the best service ever in my life there. All the staffs are friendly, food was also very nice. But i can't ignore one of their staff, i believe, he was the manager.. he was so welcoming. When i was enjoying my food, suddenly i discovered him with a miso soup what i didn't order. Actually when he was helping me in the kiosk , that time he noticed my runny nose.. and he brought miso soup for me so that i can feel better. That makes my heart melt... i will highly recommend...
