I recently had the pleasure of trying Joseph's fish and chips, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious! I ordered the classic cod and chips, and was blown away by the quality of the food. The fish was perfectly cooked - tender, flaky, and not at all greasy. The chips were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and paired perfectly with the tartar sauce, which was clearly homemade and full of flavor.
One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail in the preparation of the food. It was clear that the team take pride in what they do, and put a lot of effort into making sure each dish is perfect.
Overall, I highly recommend trying out this fish and chips spot. The food is amazing, the service is friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I can't wait to go back and try more items...

Chips were very good. Soft and morish on the inside and crispy on the outside.
Fish was mixed. Nice chunky flakes and good size. The batter was slightly miss for me. Little too doughy in some areas, that perhaps needed a little more cooking. But thin nevertheless, reminds me of the batter from another of my favourites. Batter looked different today than the other customers.
Sausage in batter used same batter I suspect.
All in all I enjoyed it. In my top 5 for London for fish and chips
Nice thought with the pickled red onion. It was sweet and acidic. Very pleasant addition.
