Be cautious when ordering on Uber Eats, especially with wraps. The app stated that our wrap meal would include fries and a drink, but after paying £20, we only received two wraps and two drinks. We called the restaurant, assuming the fries were forgotten, but they explained that their menu leaflet doesn’t mention fries. We pointed out that the app clearly lists fries as part of the meal, and kindly requested they deliver the missing item. However, they told us we’d have to pick it up ourselves or contact Uber Eats. Since we paid for delivery, we feel it’s unfair to be asked to collect the food. We won’t be ordering from this...

We had an excellent Indian meal here. Four of us dined for under £35, which was fantastic value. The menu is extensive, with choices like burgers, pizza, and stir-fried noodles, so we didn’t expect the Indian dishes to be this good. Placed an order for a pizza and they sent the wrong size and refused to accept the order. After disputing this with the driver he agreed that the order was probably wrong and went back to the shop but was not given a refund. When I called the staff member was extremely rude.
