We always choose this place for delicious food. Food rating is 5/5 each time. Staffing seems less but 2 people manage to make us feel welcomed and we enjoy it in our every visit . Mostly there are 1 male and 1 female staffs. Both absolutely lovely.

However today, we were served by a lady who said she works at Hounslow as well. She asked to do the payment straight away which never happened before, we normally leave the tap open as we dine in and order extra as required! No problem with that. Done . I asked her to give me the water straight away and ask her to give me a napkin to wipe the table. She said she would do herself which she didn’t. After sometime I asked her to just give the water , she didn’t. Then we wiped the table ourself from our own napkin.

Later food was served, we went to the counter to get the water . She asked to pay ! I told her it’s paid then she checked the bill and provided us a bottle of water. This time I asked her to give me the full receipt.

The restaurant wasn’t busy . There were one other couple with a kid. They’re been already served. And she served them their last order.

Our food got served very quickly. Absolutely delicious food. This is the best place for great taste.

Later the lady kept on speaking to other chef , that she is tire , it was really busy … she repeated this more than 5,6 time time loudly , look liked she wanted to pass message to us! She was talking loudly at the counter! I didn’t enjoy my food this time because of the service that was bad and the her constant talking next to our sitting !

We have been to the Hounslow branch a bunch of times, and it is always a decent experience. However, the Southall branch was not as well rounded an experience. There seemed to be only two people working, one in the kitchen and another serving and assisting in the kitchen. The prices are similar to the above average prices of the Hounslow branch. However, while the Hounslow branch has a nice atmosphere, decor and restaurant service, the Southall branch was more akin to canteen style dining. Apart from the higher than average prices for the food, the Lollipop Chicken was a letdown. It was simply fried chicken wings (not drumsticks). I've never seen that before and certainly not at the Hounslow Branch. The momo and noodle lunch time special was really good and their noodles in general were very tasty.
