KFC Southall - High Street — Restaurant in London

I always order food from here for home delivery. And I noticed right away that the fries were cold and the chicken pieces were hot, but I thought it cooled on the way to my house.

But today I witnessed when I placed my order directly at the restaurant and I had to wait about 15 minutes for my order. And when it was my turn to pick up my order my wife saw that the guy who delivers the food had slipped into our basket some potatoes that were sitting on their table, probably from a previous order that no one picked up. After our request to change our potatoes to hot ones, the girl said that these potatoes were hot and fresh, but we saw with our own eyes that the potatoes were not hot. After we refused to take the potatoes, the guy agreed that he was wrong and changed these potatoes to hot and fresh ones. From today on, my family and I will not order food at this restaurant because we do not want to be a victim of fraud.

Now I want to appeal to all customers of this restaurant to be careful when ordering in the restaurant. Although it is everyone's choice to eat hot food or cold. I do...

I been Southall High Street KFC ordered a vegan burger, chips, and a drink for £11.27, but the burger and chips were completely cold. On top of that, the burger looked different from what I expected. To double-check, I went back to KFC and asked the staff if it was really a vegan burger. They assured me it was, but the packaging clearly said “chicken,” which left me very confused.

As a strict vegetarian, I didn’t want to take any risks, so I told the staff I didn’t want the burger. However, they didn’t respond or offer any help. Since I was unsure about the burger, I left it there and walked away. The staff didn’t acknowledge the issue or try to resolve my concerns, which made me feel like they weren’t sure themselves whether it was vegan or not.

Its KFC so most of you know what to expect, the restaurant is a decent size with plenty of seating, service was ok, food was ok, they have modern touch screen menus for placing orders, Now for the negatives, Dirty Table, I did not like their chips at all, they were very dry and tasteless and they dont have regular Pepsi either. Only Pepsi Max. The Chicken Bucket was not great it seemed too oily and the colour of the chicken was off because of the amount of oil used or they have not filtered the oil properly.

All in all a mediocre experience, not just this store but I generally dont like KFC as much as I used to, theres plenty of other places that do better deals and better tasting chicken these days. KFC has lost its spark its expensive compared to the average chicken shop and doesnt even taste that good tbh
