Punjabi Naans & Kulcha King — Restaurant in London

I ordered dal makhni, mix veggies, and naans from Punjabi Naan and Kulcha King for our Lohri (13-Jan-2025) function with 16 guests, and the food was absolutely fantastic! The dal makhni was rich and creamy, the mix veggies were perfectly spiced, and the naans were soft and fresh. Everyone at the party couldn’t stop raving about the authentic Punjabi flavors. Very bad experience, don’t know how to talk to customer, their channa sabji is tasteless . We ordered 6 plates spent this much And when we called them instead of saying Sorry , the lady was doing argue like we don’t know if is is tasteless thats fine we make like this. I was out on work since 5am . On way back home at 4:30 pm . I went to shop and ordered them 1 portion chana bhatura and another portion of amritsary naan. My home is 20 minutes away from shop . When I reached home I saw they have me chapati n sabji. Before leaving the shop I reconfirmed my order and the ladybsaid she has packed both . Now it will again take 40 minutes of going and coming back to the shop to change my order and bus fares will also charged.....
