I just been in to take my dinner and there was not busy at all. I have to say from the beginning that I am working in hospitality industry and I understand the pressure of the industry. However, the young man that came to serve me was completely not interested in my experience. I've order food that in a meal was cheaper (not understanding this btw!!), and he seemed that he was annoyed by the fact that I said that since is the same food, let's do the meal deal. When I came back to take my order, the manager was rectifying the mistake in the till, and the young man was walking with his hands in his pocket, like he was in the park! Of course that he served the food with the same hands!! Nevertheless, while waiting, another customer came in, and the manager was waiting for that young man to finish my order so he can attend the customer, all while the manager was chatting with a mate. Before leaving the shop, I spoke to the manager about how disappointed I was with the service, and the fact that they were speaking in their language about my order when I came back to get it. He immediately thought that I was offended by that, which is not the case - as I mentioned, I work in the industry and I understand the terminology. What made the experience even worst is that the manager was running the shift and it seemed that he was allowing all this non-customer friendly behaviours to happen! No apology or resolution from neither the manager or the young man, but rather from the girl working there that didn't even had anything to aplogise for!!! I've been going to this branch for a long time, and I never received great customer service, but tonight was the worst! Disappointing ..
I don't expect nor want anything by writing this review, I just wish that this customer service improve and do better for your consumers, especially within these big chain organisations, and please stop relying on your brand - every customer...
Read moreTwo of us ate, two of us thought it was awful. A chicken wrap with no chicken in one half of it, and 1 piece of chicken smaller than a strip in the other, fries that had been sitting around since Napoleon, a zinger burger with bitter lettuce turning brown, sahara dry chicken, and a bottom bun that felt like a biscuit had been in a panini press, hard, baked dry, and almost certainly worn as an insole for a week and then microwaved. 4 hot wings that looked big, but it was all placebo, and gnawing through the coating felt like shaving a poodle, very little meat under all that. The wings themselves, a tale of two shitties, the coating was overcooked and the chicken was undercooked, you'd think they'd get the oil temperature right? We had a tea, and a watery pepsi. The score for the place was 2.7 which seemed odd, because if you're loyal to KFC you'll always rate it highly, but after eating there, 2.7 feels like the decimal point is one place too far to the right. We weren't expecting Michelin stars, but similarly we weren't expecting something Phil Mitchell found down the backseat of an old Ford Cortina under the arches. What sort of meal ends with one person apologising for suggesting KFC and the other apologising for agreeing? We left swearing like a two tourette's sufferers with a thousand thorns in their feet, and vowing never to return even in the event of the zombie apocalypse. We said we should have gone to tesco and got a meal deal each for less than half the price. There's a Pepe's chicken place next door, they can't...
Read moreI feel dissatisfied with the manager here. His name is Santhosth . He is leader here . Today I came to buy a portion of food for 6 Asian children. When I asked him if he could help me choose the thigh and leg because Asian children are used to eating that kind of food. But he rejected my request. I asked him over and over again to help me because they are just children. But he still did not accept and agreed that if I did not buy it, then that was it. If I were a business owner, I would review my own employees. I know that every place has its own rules. But you are work in the service industry, you must put customers first. Normally we would not ask, but because today there were only Asian children, we asked the store to help us. But he refused to sell. He also does not need the store's revenue because I think he does not care whether the store can sell or not. because it is not his. I hope that food businesses should review some of their employees, so as not to lose potential customers in the future. The competition in the market is very big, so just a small mistake will damage the reputation...
