This place charges a fair price. As it’s not too pricy, I couldn’t complain too much. But I would like to point out a few things hoping they can improve it. First, it’s quite stuffy inside, as it gets quite busy and packed but without AC, it couldn’t provide air circulation. I know it’s winter. But appropriate air circulation is still important. Second, maybe it’s also because of the lighting, it looks old inside. (The entrance especially. )And it doesn’t look as big as the pictures on the website. Third, there is no lockers!! In a country with high rate of thieving, they really need to provide lockers. Because during the 100 minutes I was there and my husband and daughter , and we only left our vests and coats on the push chair then my down vest got stolen. And of course, they make it clear first that they’re not responsible for that. Fourth, it’s really too crowded. They take too many customers in one go. They are not careful with the capacity. ( which can cause stuffy air too) Fifth, there are not enough ball in the ball pit in bigger kids’ section. So it’s quite shallow. I avoided going to the toilets and the food bar, so I couldn’t make any judgments. But thieving really puts me off from going there again. (My disappointment might come from my last awesome experience at a different child indoor playground. )
My response to the reply from the staff: If you’d had plenty of complaints about limited space and yet you mentioned there’s another floor. Doesn’t it make you wonder why people still complain about it? Because it’s hard to find out. And by the time people find out, they probably settle down and the kids only want to run away to play. Also, with full seating , the aisle is not really wide enough to move around when you have a push chair, is there even a lift inside? My suggestion is you can inform the customers about the first floor when they enter. When I entered, the staff didn’t really say anything after she scanned my phone. And put less seats on the ground floor and clearer signs so people can be guided easily. Also, kindly advise customers without push chairs to go upstairs so there’s more friendly space on the ground floor. These don’t request tons of money to redo your center but can make a better change.
And I didn’t see any lockers. They’re not small. Not sure where...
Read moreIt's the second time I've been here, and I would say it is a decent/good softplay to go to. They do have parking on site, although annoyingly restrict anyone from parking there, but fortunately they are directly opposite to the Brent Cross shopping mall multi storey car park.
The actual venue itself is a good size for both private parties and general daytoday visits. It is sectioned into two - one section for 3yrs and under and the other section for over 3yrs. On the first occasion I was there the staff didn't man the 3yrs and under section very well, as bigger kids were freely playing inside there, although on this occasion staff were very attentive and managed those over 3yrs to move over to the appropriate section, which was handled well.
Their private parties are held in a nice room with appropriate tables and chairs, with enough food for each child (handful of chips, 3 nuggets and a slice of pizza), and two types of juice and water, with an area for children to place their jacket and shoes in.
An area for improvement however is staff and their attention to customers. On the first occasion I was left waiting at the food counter for a while before anyone attended to me, even though they were right there. I actually felt that they were trying to avoid serving me. And coincidentally enough, on the second occasion, I turned up with my family and the reception was manned by three members of staff, and two of them were chatting away, actually acknowledged we were waiting and twice were told by (who seemed to be a manager), to serve us. It's like they couldn't be bothered and for it to happen on each occasion that I have visited this place is why I would rate this only 3 stars. Staff and customer service makes a huge difference in me actually hiring or paying to use their service again. I have only ever attended as a guest to two birthday parties and personally wouldn't hire it out for my childrens...
Read moreGreat base and soft play, nice and clean BUT staff is absolutely disorganised. Had our party there... cake celebrations before the food... kids got upset everyone want it to eat cake first.... Cake by itself was opposite on my child so she wasn't able even to see her cake or candles that was opposite behind the picture of the cake. We left everything first that is for the cake like plates, napkins ect.Nobody ask us...but staff put their hands in our bags and help them self's whit whatever they need to set up the table. So they used our plates for the cake and napkins to serve food for the kids while there own plates and napkins stayed on the side.No tablecloth or any kind of decorations in the room.No cutlery was provided to the kids for any of the food.Stuff did a horrific cake cutting, cake looks like someone use a woodcuter... Bar...same .. ordered few coffees and bottle drinks (I took bottles myself) and ask them if the surve the table, answer was yes,so ask them to bring them to the our party location. 30 min later... nothing.... went to the bar again and ask what happened whit our coffee's.Answer was ...Ooo ,do you know what happened? Yes..tell me...I made them but I forgot to bring them to you 🫣🫣,do you still want them...?Omg.... So nice and clean soft play but next party definitely it's not going to be there... Before we leave they put a nice purple tablecloth on the table...nice we didn't have any...the whole time.... We may go for using the soft play but never again for party...I paid so much money for the cake and put it on the wrong side so she can't see it..and cut it like she is woodcutting....no thanks.. absolutely disrespectful!!!! Hope the soft play manager will read this and take...
