KFC London - Harrow Road — Restaurant in London

This KFC opened recently, like probably a couple months ago but this KFC is probably the worst one yet. First of all, I do have to say that the waiting time isn't bothersome at all and the store is pretty clean, since it is KFC after all, but the size of the shop is tiny. When I go to KFC there are people waiting outside trying to order their food since there are literally no more standing spaces but some days the crowd just disappears. This is probably the worst KFC I have been to. the food is disgraceful and the chicken is always drenched with oil. There are probably countless amounts of customers that are also complaining and I would not recommend to go to KFC Harrow Road.

Where to start?! The staff unfortunately are rude and unhelpful. You'll be standing waiting for your order while all staff at the front faff around with uber eats, deliveroo. I'm sure it shouldn't take so many people, leaving customers standing. I've waited in store up to 10 mins because my order is not prioritised. Other restaurants normally have 1 or 2 designated to orders. Check your order before you leave because guaranteed something is missing. The chips taste like they've been fried and fried again. I've tried the uber eats option too which is worse, always one even two items missing. Drinks never turn up either. Not impressed. I'd rather travel to...

It's incredibly frustrating that every time I order a family bucket, I end up with 5-8 chicken wings despite explicitly asking for none. Paying £21.99 for a 14-piece bucket and then getting mostly wings feels like a blatant rip-off. It makes me wonder if they're doing this on purpose to offload their unwanted pieces. To avoid this disappointment, I'd suggest considering other options like Sam's Chicken, where you get what you ask for and often receive larger, better portions."
