The staff at this store are really stupid, I ask for a kids meal and the woman say, its a kids meal, I say yeah, thats what I asked for, she then says you want a lunch box, I say, I just asked you for a kids meal, again she says but you want the lunch box. I said get me someone that understands me, A second staff member steps in and askes, Can I help, I say only if you can understand what I want, he says yes, so I ask for a kids meal, he says it only comes with............. I say let me try this again, so I say can I have a fillet meal which concist of, 2 FILLET STRIPS AND LARGE FRIES, he then says LET ME REMIND YOU, IT DOES'NT COME WITH A BURGER. I say what did I ask you for, again he say yes but it does'nt come with.............. by this time I'm like shouting at him I'm the (organ grinder) CUSTOMER and you are the (monkey) ASSISTANT, just get me what I asked for....... he then decides he's not serving me. The third assistant says what would you like. He just shuts his mouth and gives me what I asked for. You can't remind a person of something when you have not ever told them in the first place, secondly, he said he did'nt want to give me what I asked for and then I return with it coz it don't come with a burger. If he had given me what I asked for then there would be no need for me to go back. Two real idiots and one left to pick up the slack....

The family said they look refried as the colour was considerably darker than normal and compared to the other proper size pieces. At a time when eating out is getting pricier with price increases from every direction, it is more important for the consumer to get value for money.
