KFC — Restaurant in London

We recently visited the KFC in Barking and had a generally positive experience. The food was delicious, as expected from KFC, and the environment was clean and well-maintained. We decided to try the Christmas meal deal, which was a great choice. The chicken was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sides, including the festive items, complemented the meal nicely. The seating area was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant atmosphere for a meal with friends or family.

However, our experience was slightly marred by the staff's uncooperative attitude. When we asked for ketchup and mayo, we were informed that they had run out, which seemed unusual. The staff member's response felt a bit dismissive, and it left us disappointed. We understand that sometimes supplies run low, but the lack of alternative options or any apology for the inconvenience was frustrating.

Despite this minor setback, the overall quality of the food and the clean, inviting environment made up for the less-than-ideal service. I would still recommend KFC Barking for a quick and tasty meal, but hope that the staff can be a bit more accommodating in the...

Im really upset I got embarrassed at kfc barking station by a staff member, she accused me of stealing receipts to claim food at the counter. I ordered food at the kiosk and I had my receipts in my pocket so I just stood waiting on my food and I saw a lot of receipts flying about I picked them up and put them in the bin to clear the place and keep it neat and when my order number was called I said it mine and the staff accused me of stealing some receipts to claim the food which I was really embarrassed about. She claimed to call the manager on me and she didn’t, I also called the store line as soon as I stepped and they responded saying the manager wasn’t around which was a lie cause I saw the manager at the back. I ordered food over £25 and my order number was 5288 this is my second time there and today was the worse cause I was embarrassed and I am really upset. I would like a respond and action taken. It is clear as nice as the staff are they and the manager lack training. Telling the staff off for trying to help (who was undertrained but tried to help) was shocking. kitchen staff are rubbish. They are clearly making more for the traffic and the food is appaling. I spent £15 on two orders. 1 order they kept the receipt and took half an hour to receive back just £1.50. The hygiene is a huge issue as well as kitchen. Theres wasnt a spot that was clean in the place. Counter tops to floors to even the seats. The food came out cold, overcooked and hard at the edges. This was an awful experience and would rather go to the griller next door. Its a more personable service that will just resolve my problem. I wont be spending where standards have dropped so dramatically. This isnt the first time i have seen it with the Kfc brand. Also those chips were undercooked and soggy. Kfc is deceased.
