I have been a regular customer here for years and this place keeps getting worse. This is the last straw. I won't be coming here again. I'm done with this place.
When I arrived there were 4 Deliveroo drivers waiting at the counter for their orders while there were more of them coming in with new orders.
There was also a long queue, of course there is, there is only one person behind the counter as always.
But what really pissed me off was that after I placed my order, my order number disappeared from the "Preparing" side of the screen and was never displayed on the "Collect" side. When I enquired where my order was I was made to wait longer. Yet I noticed the staff were giving my food to people who made their orders after mine.
The staff here do not know the meaning of "first come, first serve." I had to keep reminding them about my order that they conveniently kept forgetting. Absolute rudeness. It took them 35 minutes to give me what I ordered.
There was even a customer here who made a deliveroo order 1 hour and a half ago. So he came in himself to ask where his order was. The staff couldn't explain what happened to his order or why it was so late. The service here is abysmal.
If that wasn't bad enough, one of the staff was coughing constantly throughout. That person was obviously ill. I felt sorry for her. Why would you make a sick person work in the kitchen and serve food to customers? Don't you realise that is a HEALTH HAZARD? To both customers and other staff. This is awful. What part of that do you not understand?
There is always new staff here who don't know what they are doing. The management here is terrible.
This place is always understaffed. It is no wonder customers are getting unpleasant experiences because their orders are served in a careless manner because the staff are rushing to keep up with the huge workload. Again, this problem can easily be resolved by hiring more staff.
There is always one person behind the counters with about 3 or 4 people in the kitchen.
This is supposed to be a fast food chain and yet the service is always slow.
There are reviews here going back 2014 mentioning these exact same problems, you would think by now they would have listened to their customers and improved their services, but they don't.
On top of that, this place is always dirty. There are tables and chairs that need to be wiped clean. But of course the staff cannot do that because they are too busy serving a long queue of customers. Again the problem goes back to insufficient staff.
My patience is gone. I'm not coming here again. Since you are not capable of listening to your customers you might as well shut this place down. Otherwise sort yourselves out.

There is always an issue when I come here. The latest problem being that they forgot to give us the popcorn chicken that came with the deal what we ordered and we did not realise until we got home and opened up the bags. It was late and we didn't really want to drive all the way back there so we called them up and they said that they would give us a free portion the next time we went in (which technically isn't even free because we didn't get the portion that we paid for). We asked if they would give us a code or we give them our name and number so that next time we could just quickly get the "free" chicken. The manager said "no, just tell the staff my name and they will give it to you". I don't go to KFC that often so the next time I go could be in a few months, I really doubt that someone who is charge of such a disorganised establishment is going to remember this in a few months.
I then proceed to tell the manager that there are always problems when I eat here. His reply was that he hasn't had any complaints in the past few weeks and that I was the only one who has had issues. Now I'm no PR expert but having reviews of mainly 1 out of 5 stars suggests that you do have people complaining.
This isn't the first time this manager (Molud) has shown poor management skills. The last time I was in this branch, he was on his phone the whole time I was sitting in and eating my meal. And I don't believe he was speaking to anyone about anything urgent about the running of this restaurant as he seemed to be joking around and laughing on the phone. Also it wasn't as if he was standing at the back of the kitchen trying to do it discreetly, he was STANDING AT THE FRIER AND FRYING FOOD WHILST HE WAS ON THE PHONE. Someone who is truly at management level would not do this.
Also, the chicken is always greasy, staff don't understand you half the time, they gave me 4 packets of ketchup when I ordered a bucket of 12 chicken/fillet chicken as well as 4 chips (seriously?!).

Read moreI saw 3 kitchen staff but only one item come out at a time. The lady at the front kept calling for certain items but none would come out. There was a male employee at the front too, not helping. He was moving boxes across the front, ignoring customers while the other employee was trying to get three orders together. When more people arrived, the male employee started to call people to the till. The male employee eventually noticed that we were still waiting. He then demanded the female employee to get our order. He must’ve been the supervisor because he started ordering around the people in the kitchen as well. The female employee replied “ I’m waiting for the zinger” while trying to complete the other two orders. He then proceeded to scold her for her tone. Totally uncalled for, considering that he wasn’t helping at all for the first 15 minutes we were in the restaurant. Eventually we received our order. We were missing our drink. As another gentleman was ordering, the male employee cut him off and started helping me. The male employee prioritized helping me while he was mid order with another customer, as well as scolded other staff for something that was not within her control, all the while not supporting her at all. We got the missing drink. When we sat down to eat, we realized we were given the wrong sandwich and were also missing fries.The chicken was cold and soggy, not warm and crispy like from other locations I’ve ordered from. To date, THE WORST quality from KFC. I commend the one female staff at the front. Clearly she was at her wits end because she seemed to be the only who knew and understood what needed to be done.
