Yesterday ordered chicken fillet burger and hot wings. When was biting into the burger, I noticed some parts of the bun was hardđ. I immediately went back to ask for refund or burger remade/replaced. Due to lack of customer service and no regards about my issue, the server just looked at me. The staff are not English-speaking. Imagine UK based KFC, ALL STAFF COULD NOT SPEAK fluent ENGLISH!!. The cook saw me complain, he went and handed me the plastic bag of bread buns to examine. The BREAD BUNS was FROZEN and was being DEFROSTED openingly on the food preparation counter!!! Staff continue to serve FROZEN BREAD to customers. They knew the bread buns was partly FROZEN and staff still proceeded to make chicken burgers đ with FROZEN BREAD!!!. This is against food safety regulations and H&S!! I will never ever buy a chicken fillet from KFC again. They don't care!!. It's all about money and knowingly providing customers with frozen processed food, because they cannot wait to defrost food and always eager to take money from customers. All staff in Harlesden KFC are like pieces of wood. Dull and unmotivated. No standards of care. Staff are not bothered. Where do they find these people??? How do they get employed by KFC?? Lack of English speaking or understanding, but they got "interviewed" apparently and seem job worthy. A big KFC LET DOWN!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED and OFFENDED with low food standards and customer service. Please provide STAFF TRAINING and ensure they are FIT TO WORK WITH...
Read moreI ordered a fillet box meal and waited a sufficient amount of time. Staff was busy preparing delivery orders as opposed to those in the shop. I received my order and head home 0.9 miles away (apx 4 min drive) and my order was stone cold. The only part of my order that was hot was the piece of chicken. I called the branch no answer so I went back and explained my order was cold. I asked the lady who served me to kindly redo my order minus the chicken. She abruptly said to me, âhow do you mean it was cold!â Despite being stunned by her lack of customer service I explained again. She was hesitant to help and other customers stated to her, âif she says its cold its cold, just redo the order.â She then began to communicate in her language and colleagues gathered round I waited apx 10 mins. She then told me check the order touch the because I donât want you to tell me its cold again. I then told her that she is being demeaning and rude she then encouraged me to make a formal complaint which I did. This is not the level of customer service I expect. I was also shocked by the lack of diversity and chaos in the store and think this is a contributing factor to the lack of customer service. As a result I did not eat my order as I was really upset by the treatment and my appetite...
Read moreFast Food is a myth at Harlesden KFC, the speed efficiency is non existent. So if its "FAST FOOD" your after don't bother stop there. The customer service is below appalling, the attitudes of the till/cashier who serves you is as if you knocked there door (of there own homes) begging for free food!!! Picture people working because its really only a paycheck, which we admittedly may have all done but when it comes to your FOOD!!!! It's different. I would of liked to rate them 0â or below, but it isn't an option. On an average day they have a team of no less than 8, although only 1 will be serving, there's usually a limited option of chicken, chips are not nearly done & popcorn has to be cooked for 12mins while you wait. So of you thought you were getting a quick variety/bucket/mixed selection of you wanted forget it. Unfortunately although I've lived in the North West area all my life over 36+ years its disappointing & disheartening to say, as I'm very pro 'keeping our area, our area' the same!!! KFC HARLESDEN is one of the restaurants I would strongly not recommend. Of disappointment & border line attitude is what your after from a quick fast food experience then here's your place!!! If your looking for quick, good food with a friendly service.........
