Read moreI went to this little cafe on the corner on 8th of April 2023. This late review is testament to how sensational my experience was eating at L'Angolo Bianco.
I was with my friend and we just wanted to enjoy a nice meal on what was an unexpectedly lovely easter weekend (weather wise). The weather was so good we ended up eating outside.
Essentially - the food was top tier, the location was prime (about a 5 minute walk from Marylebone station), the decor exceptional and the service even better.
It's a small family run business and the staff and owner go out of their way to make you feel welcome and like a part of their family. The owner took time to talk to my friend and I - she is so friendly. She explained a bit about the restaurant and how it came to be, we tried to guess her heritage which we just about guessed (If you read this review i ain't about to give it up neither because it took me a good like 10 mins and snitches get stitches).
The ingredients are fresh and the pasta was really tasty and made on the day so if you're looking for an extensive menu you might be a little disappointed but that didn't bother me as I went off the owner's recommendation and I thoroughly enjoyed my food. She suggested a nice blood orange lemonade for me to drink and even brought us a complimentary slice of the cake of the day which was delicious.
If you're looking for tasty, fresh and hearty Italian food and an overall good vibe L'Angolo Bianco is the spot for you.
Would not only recommend, but implore you to give it a go, now especially the weathers really nice and sunny - I'm definitely going to take...

The staff are friendly, but will leave you alone if you're feeling antisocial. (As a former Londoner now living in Devon, I have come to like a chat, sometimes even eye contact, with strangers but realise this is something of an ordeal for most Londoners.) They recognised me on my second visit - nothing short of miraculous in London. They knew all their regulars, many of whom seemed to come in just for a chat. They served Italian food, and a lot of their customers were Italian - something of a seal of approval.
People watchers: the local characters seem to love this place - you will be entertained.
Dogs are also welcome.
It's just a genuinely lovely, comfortable place, with fantastic...
