This place is an amazing place to relax for 90 mins while watching the kids play and having a cup of coffee. They offer all kinds of services, like the soft play, adventure and birthday parties. Loved the fact that they had three sections in the soft play for the babies, toddlers and the older children. In addition, it was great we could accompany the kids as well, running around definitely left us breaking a sweat!!!
Came here with a younger brother and some of his friends from school, they absolutely loved it, we went through the immersive jungle experience with the guide jungle drew and had a blast. They had some really cool activities for the kids and taught them great things. Then straight after went to play in the soft play area where we ordered some dinner for the kids through the QR code in the table.
Also we came here to celebrate a birthday, booking the party was really easy and you don’t have to decide the food you want straight away, the staff were so helpful with explaining how the party works and it was absolutely great knowing I wouldn’t need to lift a finger as they do everything for you from the set up, to the cake cutting/packing and the clean up. It was also nice to hear that they could cater for the children with allergies with alternatives for their food and dessert.
We have been here on multiple occasions and will definitely keep coming back, recommend booking the soft play online, it’s really easy and it guarantees you a table. If you are walking in, the weekdays are the best days to do so as there isn’t as many people compared to the weekends. The weekends can become packed quite quickly.
There is plenty of parking here during the weekdays, it does become slightly packed on the weekends when there are birthday parties.
The place was clean and very hygiene friendly, making sure anyone entering the soft play is wearing socks, and hoovering between sessions for any crumbs on the floor.
The toys in the adventure store were so soft and I could not resist buying one for myself and my brother.
Staff here are so friendly and helpful, although it sometimes maybe a bit difficult to reach them through the phone due to how busy they are I suggest giving them an email and they will respond when they can, definitely a 5 star service all round and would recommend this place to anyone with kids between 1 to 12...

I plan to put the Google review, "5 stars" after 1.5 hours. I changed my mind, "1 star". I find it very disappointing and let us down.
The staff was so unprofessional that they asked me to leave early in front of people around the cafe as inappropriate and asked me to not come to this place in the future. I did not give any abuse, or aggressive harm to the staff. I mentioned that I disagreed with the appropriate manner when they mentioned it to me.
I find it upsetting and unfair when they change their attitude from the start, as friendly to me and warm as welcome then rude to ask me to leave.
I arrived at 1.30 and they did not explain to me about waiting and asked me to sit down till 2pm, when I booked the slot, 2pm.
We were waiting at the cafe till 2pm to start soft play when my friends arrived before 2pm. There were about 5 to 6 families during the time, did not busy. My son was accepted and sat down till 2pm when we waited for our friends to arrive 1.55pm.
I followed the rules and respect such as no foods or drinks in the softplay, when playing. My child sat and ate, then cleaned his hands and went to play the softplay.
Also, We accepted the instruction that we couldn't order the hot food from about 3.30pm to the nearest 4pm - at the end of the slot, when two children were hungry, we bought a crisp and chocolate for the children.
Latte was nice, so I recommend that but issue with the staff asking me to leave. What an unfortunate attitude and miscommunication that I was not aware of.
Staff needs to communicate with me clearly as adjustable communication due to the Deaf mother. They need to put up a noticeboard to inform other people about the rules. I consider that this place needs to adjust its attitude, structure and communication with customers clearly. If customers did not have a 1st language of English to access. Please consider to be fair, diversity equality and meet customers needs.
1- Training – customer service effectiveness to approach appropriately.
2- Disability Awareness Training - Disability Awareness Training
3- Create a rule – a noticeboard at the venue that customers can read the rules as aware of.

Read moreI want to start by saying I’ve been bringing my children here for years, probably since 2017. I’ve recommended it to work colleagues, family, friends; I’ve held my childrens birthday parties here. We’ve always loved jungle monkeyz since we first came here.
We were recently booked to visit during the February half term, however due to a positive covid test we’re unable to make our slot, I emailed JM to inform them of this in the hope they would offer us an alternative slot, most places have implemented procedures
Considering they were forced to close for such a long time over the last two years, I would’ve thought that they’d welcome loyal, paying customers with open arms. I always sing their praises so it’s definitely a shame that they’ve got no regard for their customers at all. The lack of customer care is very clear, they’re only interested as long as they get their money.
Most organisations would firstly at least have the courtesy to respond (I’ve sent 3 emails now) and secondly any morally decent organisation would have a covid policy in place. To clarify I wasn’t looking for a refund, I simply wanted to reschedule.
There’s no excuse to ignore customer emails. I know it’s the right email as I’ve emailed before enquiring about birthday party’s and funnily enough, those sorts of queries got a reply, how strange!
I do feel gutted if I’m honest as it’s a lovely little spot hence why we kept on coming back over the years. However this situation has really shown what they’re all about and I just can’t get on board with the blatant lack of values and ethics.
I’ve just read through the other reviews of this venue and a lot are saying similar; lovely little spot, but staff simply do not care about their customers. So...
