I’m going to reiniterate my reply left on my order received through Deliveroo on the 29th September and the sarcastic response from your customer service team ‘ thank you very much’

I ordered two rolls from this company at a total of £34.34 The rolls although different tasted the same and same filler Very minimal lobster crayfish The filling was falling out of the roll and mayo smeared all over packaging

Briose used stale this is below par from what was expected honestly Tesco do a better job for a fraction of the price will never 👎 order from this company snd I’m sure they fraudently do there own reviews

Look after your customers and they will look after you as you never know who is happing shopping for a corporate event

The positive reviews here are really, really suspicious. Notice they all have same or similar photos? The fake review/commenting has got to stop. REALITY: Signature “Cozy Burger” was small, unimpressive, one leaf of flaccid lettuce, no “carmelised onions” that I could see, and totally overpriced for a really mediocre, untasty burger. Worse, it took 20 minutes to come - yet I was one of only two tables in the restaurant. Parmesan&Truffle Fries could have come pre-cooked from a bag: dry, thin fries, neither fresh nor tasty. Yet even these came several minutes after the burger, which sat getting cold while I waited. (What’s the point of delivering the burger to the table to get cold if the fries aren’t ready?) Chef was clearly prioritizing Uber Eats & Deliveroo orders, half a dozen of which came through while I was dining there.

Harsh review, but I came here due to the supposedly glowing reviews here. They’re suspiciously same-same, with marketing-quality photos of menu items. I think Le Cozy may be going overboard trying to game reviews - and delivery service ratings - at the expense of...

Me and my partner came here expecting a nice seafood dinner. We ordered quite a few bits to share including a whole lobster, the lobster sandwiches, beef brisket burger, fries, panco calamari, tempura prawns and brisket Mac and cheese. Instantly after tasting the lobster, we had to send it back. It was very rubbery, tasteless and was cut open before cooked which just emphasises the least amount of freshness. The only decent parts of our meal was the fries burger and mac and cheese. Realistically, I don’t believe this place should be serving seafood as none of it tastes like it came from the sea. The service was extremely minimal, there was a massive lack of personal relation from the front of house. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend dining here so take from this review what you will.
