Los Pollos — Restaurant in London

Ordered from Los polo's today we were unsure of what to get. We asked what offer they have and they seemed very unhelpful worst of all the guy thought he hung up and he was complaining to his college about our order. Whoever picked up the phone their attitude stinks. They should choose a different career where they do not require to talk to customers.

Been a long time customer of this place since it opened, I called over the phone to collect which is usually fine, however, they overcharged me and I had to ask them to give me the missing los pollos sauce from my order. after checking the reviews here seems that the original owner has sold? And I see that I’m not the first person to have this issue since the changeover. Such a shame because this place had solid food for a reasonable price, which is rare...

Chicken is good and so are the rest of the menu but certainly improvements to be made... For one, accept cards? It's not that expensive to get a card machine. You're losing out on business. Two, train your cooks properly on how to marinade the chicken as it grills. Too many inconsistencies, one day it will be great tasting next day the spice won't be enough. A hot will taste like between a lemon and lime and medium!
