Mama's Fish & Chips & Kebab’s — Restaurant in London

I wanted to give less than 1 star. I went here for a portion of chips and was told it will be a 6 minute wait. Okay cool.

I agreed to wait then the man serving me bent down to pick up a bucket (similar to a paint bucket) definitely not what you would put food in. He left the shop and came back 2-3 minutes later with frozen chips in the same bucket. Bare in mind the bucket was visibly dirty with black fluff and grime around the rim. I asked him if those were the chips for me that he was going to cook and actually sell to me he confirmed it was. I told him the bucket was dirty and pointed it our and said that I not going to be eating from there. I don't normally leave reviews but feel this one had to be left.. So discusting that they will try to do this to other customers especially as he thought this was okay to do right in front of me. So confusing as to why he even left to get the FROZEN chips. Like where did he even go??? And then to put them in a dirty bucket. Please do better or don't open to the public atall. Hygiene standards gone waaaay out the window. I went to eat there on Saturday, I just recovered from the food poisoning today. I went back to my lamb donar kebab the next day and the meat smells off. Even through the seasonings and the fact its cooked it still smells off. I ate it cos I was drunk. I just finished the diarrhoea course of my illness and vomited blood.
