This McDonald's is always full of teenage boys causing trouble, fighting and being a nuisance. They often fight with the security guard and cause a bad atmosphere for other customers. Then there's the awful service, the delivery drivers are the priority, so all other customers have to wait. I've never been served promptly in this McDonald's. I live locally, and every time I've had to wait from 20 minutes to half an hour. Even after the long wait, there are often items missing from my order. My food is always cold by the time I receive it. This McDonald's is the worst one for miles.
Since my last review, I've been back to this McDonald's. The service that I received was disgusting. The staff were negligent and caused an incident that truly hurt me. The manager who told me that her name was Milly, did not care and offered no support. I did get a sorry out of her, but I didn't feel like that was good enough. So she offered me a free dessert instead. What an absolute insult! She has to be the most useless manager that I've ever come across. I had to complain to McDonald's customer service online, and they actually sorted out the problem for me. I'm still upset about the abysmal treatment that I received from Milly the manager. She should be ashamed of how she conducted herself that day. How can somebody as cold and thoughtless as her be a manager of staff and an entire McDonald's too? I visited the store to purchase a large iced latte and a large cappuccino, but upon receiving my order, I noticed that the iced latte appeared to be significantly less than what I expected for a large size.
Wanting to clarify whether there was an issue with the portion size, I approached the manager on duty, whose badge name was Millie. Unfortunately, rather than addressing my concern in a professional and helpful manner, she was dismissive and came across as arrogant. Her attitude made me feel as though my concern was not valid, and she showed no interest in resolving the issue or even offering a simple explanation.
I believe that customer service, especially from a manager, should be polite, professional, and solution-oriented, yet my experience was quite the opposite. I left the store feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a regular McDonald’s customer, I expect better treatment and a willingness to address reasonable concerns.

I received slightly more than that half of our food. After that, I called them to find the rest of the order. The manager, she didn't give me her name we call her MANAGER she offering me to refund the money or to redo my order fresh. Just I have to drive back to the shop. I told her no way after a long day I would go back for a refund or to pick up for what I paid. I offered her to transfer me the money back.NO WAY.
