McDonald's — Restaurant in London

It wasn't very busy when I arrived here with my family. We ordered via the app and also at the kiosk and requested table service. The food took longer than expected and the member of staff hadn't learnt the table numbers so was walking about with our tray of food before we called to him that it may be ours. The food wasn't at all nice. The chips were like that they had been sitting for a while, and you could tell they were definitely not fresh, so they went into the bin. The chicken select burger also wasn't very nice. The place was clean. Announcements came over the tanoy in regard to anti-social behaviour. The store has had a lot of this throughout its years with teenagers, beggers asking for money while you eat, etc, on our visit. This was no exception, with a guy bringing in a dog into the restaurant and ordering food at the tills. It was very unhygienic, with no one telling him that animals shouldn't be in the facility. When we were leaving, two staff members were trying to coax a gentleman who was intoxicated sitting at a table drinking from a 2 litre bottle of cider. I have seen security at this establishment before, but on this occasion, there were none. My advice is to give this...

Fast Food???? What a joke!!!! The place has been taken over by the moped delivery gang....an off shoot of the hell's Angel I believe ;0).....Not sure whether it's the new counter style or the new home delivery service, but I'd rather go for a sit down meal.....less of a wait in my experience. RONALD MCDONALD, SORT IT OUT!!!!!....Rant over and enjoy the wait followed by a lousy meal....

For my sins, went in for a cheeky breakfast on 9/3/19......why oh why did I do this!?!?....waited over 20 minutes and they got my order wrong 3 bloody times!!!!!! McDonalds, now known as Farce Food!!!!! ;0) #farcefood

P.S. Note to McDonalds head honchos. Instead of overloading branches, staff and visiting customers with delivery orders, why not open stand alone kitchens that act as area hubs for ALL online orders!?!?!.....Surely you have the money and initiative to see that this approach will alleviate the pressures felt by branch staff and improve on a visiting customers experience...

I recently moved to this area and today I wanted to try McDonald's food. We took the mc.crispy but after the first bite I couldn't continue to eat it because it was very spicy, being allergic to pepper and anything spicy made my tongue swell up immediately. I complained to the employees who told me that it wasn't true that the food was spicy. I replied that it was and that they should have written it on the menu where it didn't mention it and the same goes for the ketcup where the menu doesn't indicate that it's spicy but on the packaging it says (spice extra) so another un true thing. Ok patience I won't come to buy from mc donald anymore I prefer to prepare it at home so I'm sure it won't be spicy. Ps. The staff was not understanding towards me in fact they insisted in saying that there was nothing spicy even though it was also written on the checup packaging. They must learn to understand that not everyone can eat spicy Also because they create damage without...
