McDonald's — Restaurant in London

One word i think that will explain this place in one word is DISTURBING. to be honest every google review i have ever distributed i have always made sure i include pictures however this place is so disgusting i honestly didnt even feel like attempting to take one. The entrance to the restaurant has local drug dealers im assuming trying to cut you up in gangs trying to sell drugs in broad daylight, among that its full of deliveroo or uber EATS drivers around in helmets blocking the entrance awaiting orders with there mopeds covering the whole shop front it seriously feels like you are in a third world country. This is probably the only McDonald's i know that has two security guards so it just goes to show you im not over exaggerating my experience it must be a constant issue. Inside its horrible you would honestly feel uncomfortable bringing out any possesions due to teenagers with hoods up walking around clearly up to no good and defenetly not eating anything that's for sure. Once our order number was up waiting for almost 20 minutes you have to physically wrestle in between the delivery drivers to get to the counter but im just absolutely baffled on how oblivious the managment team or McDonald's in General are towards to state of this branch and how terrible it is its an absolute joke. I ordered a fillet o fish tonight and got 3 dried out chewy fish fingers in it, not what I ordered, was absolutely awful, someone in mcdonalds edmonton is having a laugh, just dried out chewy bread crumbs in a bun, they were stale, took two bites, the first I thought the fish is wrong, the second, I realised there was no fish just dried out chewy bread crumbs, couldn't believe what I was seeing, since when did mcdonalds think its okay to serve some crap, that was not my order and that was not a fillet o fish, I think the edmonton manager on now (ordered before midnight 23/6/25 order arrived after midnight on 24/6/25) this manager needs retraining, or are mcdonalds just taking the piss out of people, if you run out of fillet o fish, take it off the menu, don't try and con someone with chewy fish fingers that were all bread crumbs. I have a very bad experience in McDonald's on Tottenham high street. The tables was filfy. I always give the table a little wipe down before my toddler eats as she tends to put her food on the table and then eats off the table. And it was disgusting how dirty it was. The wipe was nearly black. I went to the front to show them how dirty it was. It wasn't just a little bit of food it was ground on dirt (there was other tables around that was covered in left over food and no one was around cleaning them). A member of staff came out to clean the table I told her I had already cleaned the table we was going to eat from. So she replied "well what do you want me to do then" very abruptly.
