So I go to this place a lot and have seen how they are trying to adapt to the current state of society, and I like the direction they are going in but I was asked to write a review by the waitress, so here is my honest feedback.

Not many vegan options, defo need to work on that given it’s a space most people are catering for right now. I ordered the yellow juice and a salad from the counter. The yellow juice defo needs work on the ratio, it just tasted very acidic and I couldn’t taste the ginger for the life of me. The salad (apart from cous cous) has zero seasoning. I mean it was bland. I’m vegan yes, but I’m not a rabbit. I need flavour! Please please work on that 🙏🏻

I know inflation sucks for everyone in hospitality (I run a cafe in Hammersmith so know first hand) but £2.80 for a ginger shot is extortionate especially since it’s not even a branded bottle to justify that price.

The staff are friendly and polite, service was nice. I wanted to leave a tip but they only accept cash tips! Disappointing as your staff are losing money, not everyone has cash on them now. The staff are what makes any venue, let them know and feel appreciated, it’s what makes your business run. I visited this spot recently and had a great experience overall. When I arrived, I was informed that the outdoor patio would be closing around 4:30 PM. I’m not sure if this is a regular policy or a one-time occurrence, but the outdoor space is well-designed with a roof, making it cozy and warm. The interior is smaller but charming, offering a cute and intimate vibe.

The food presentation was absolutely stunning—a solid 10/10—and the service was excellent. However, the pancakes didn’t quite hit the mark for me. They tasted a bit powdery and dry, and the syrup was thick, which made it hard to spread. Personally, I prefer a more liquid, syrupy consistency.

On the other hand, the Mexican chicken panini was outstanding! It was perfectly seasoned, spicy, and packed with flavor. It was so delicious and satisfying that I couldn’t stop thinking about it all day. The hot chocolate was also spot-on—rich, creamy, and chocolatey, just the way I like it.

We went here today and had to wait over an hour and a half for our food to arrive. We noticed everyone around us were getting their food but we were left completely neglected.

After about 45 minutes one of the waitresses came over and told us that they had to remake one of our dishes - no apology or explanation as to why then she ran off. I tried to get the attention of many waitresses and they all conveniently ignored me and one was too distracted on talking to her friends at the store front for 10 minutes to notice us trying to get her attention.

Finally when we got our food, both of ours was cold (as we figured out it was sat out while the other dish was being re-cooked again for whatever reason!) but having had to wait for so long and we were starving we just ate it and paid.

We were charged 10% service charge which I'm more than happy to pay for good service but on this occasion we shouldn't have paid it due to level of poor service received and I regret doing so as we had to dash off to a meeting since we were there for...
