Very poor service and very bad management, no customer service skils at all. once I have ordered chicken wrap for my wife from drive through inside the wrap found bacon.She doesn't eat bacon, I sent email to McDonald's with pictures and receipts, they didn't make any contact or apologies. since then I avoid this one and used to go the Gallionreach one. once again I had to used drive through spent more than £28 , at the time I ordered cheese ball aswell which was £1.99 that was missing in the bag when I opened at home , I called them and spoke to the manager to say about the issues etc... he then ask me to come and get it, I said no point to waste my fuel to come over for 1.99 , he said then he will write my name on the log and in future if I come they will give refund or product. about months back , I had long journey back to home with my family on the way I used drive through and order more than £30 worth of food and I mentioned about what happened last time etc... they told me to wait and a lady manager was talking to me , she wasn't really keen to listen my story and went inside and back and say , there isn't your name on the list, sorry I can't do anything about it. I was like 🙄 said thank you and left it. I was feeling how these people get the jobs like in customers service sectors. since then I avoid this one...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience. From the second I went through the drive-through, member of staff was very impolite and impatient. We ordered 3 apple pies, a latte and frappé. Apple pies were handed to us stone cold, stale and old. The guy standing at the drive through told us to go and wait in the bay as there was an issue with the hot drink machine, he stated that he will bring our latte over to us in the car. 10 minutes went by, still no latte!! Does it seriously take THAT long to get one small hot drink?! So I then had to face the inconvenience by getting out the car and going into mcdonalds, only to be told “oh sorry I forgot to make it, hold on a second ill give you the latte now”.. absolutely appalling behaviour and service from this specific mcdonalds and staff. Read moreNo ticket at the ordering point because the paper had run out. Then a long wait for very little, despite the place not being particularly busy. My order number was in preparation for ages, according to the monitor. It was then ready for collection, according to the monitor. It wasn't ready for collection! My order then disappeared from the monitor, as if it had been collected. It hadn't been. I asked what was going on. The lady at the counter smiled, mumbled something and made some hand motions that made no sense to me whatsoever. I waited some more. Eventually it came. 10 minutes for a trip cheese burger and a tea seems excessive. The misdirection with the monitor seems to perfectly suit the completely uncoordinated approach to flipping burgers in here. The burger was fine...
