I ordered through McDonald's app and uber delivered My food arrived just under an hour it was all really cold to touch i was completely shocked as it felt like I just got it from the fridge, the burgers and fries was freezing and not even a full portion in either one I paid for 5 dips and none was there and no napkins just a straw it was not even lukewarm that was enough to eat any of it it was all extremely cold and is still on my side as I don’t have a microwave so can’t even warm it through. I tried for about 10 minutes to get through to someone via virtual assistant on the app but it kept restarting the chat after it wouldn’t let me upload the receipt, so called the store and they wasn’t bothered and said they won’t resend anything gave me a number she said not their issue ( but it came from their resturant )so I called that and waited about 90 mins to get through to anyone whilst waiting I tried the Uber app chat waiting 30 mins for someone to respond and was pushed to an email to explain the issue and someone will get back to me still waiting finally spoke to someone who asked me tge problem so I explained and even said I'd be happy with them re sending it I was put òn hold n what seemed a few seconds he returned to say I've looked into it and I'm not entitled to anything I said that I get tgey get blaggers all the time but I will take photos right then to show all tge food was still on my side and it will register the time qnd date showing it said i spent my last money and all my reward points for food that we are unable to eat and my child is 3 and very upset and doesn't understand. , the lack of customer service from any of the ways of contacting you is extremely poor and I'm extremely dissatisfied with the member of staff who answered the phone I would have been happy with an apology and the offer to resend I wasn't after a refund but now I've been left out of pocket and hungary left feeling like i was just fobbed off I've had to feed my daughter beans on toast for dinner and the food is not wanted still sitting there took my money and my reward points that I've spent alot of money to collect for them too. How can this be allowed to happen and there is nothing i can do and then know why its happened and probably is constantly and its because the drivers are collecting a few orders at a time and driving to at least 3 places 1st as I've watched it time and time again on the tracking bit so whilst tgey driving all over people's food is outside longer and longer getting cold and god knows if they was might like this or being thrown about by the delivery driver either way they look thrown together

Read moreUpon arriving we queued at the entrance near the barrier waiting to be let in/seated. Three staff members looked up and continued what they were doing without acknowledging us, so we entered the restaurant anyway and went to the tills. A staff member approached us and attempted to seat us on some stalls right next to some other customers, which I felt uncomfortable with due to the fact we'd be removing masks in order to eat and I didn't feel comfortable sitting right next to others during the pandemic. We requested to be moved to another table away from people and despite there being at least 3 vacant tables, staff members Gemma and Rebekah made a huge deal of moving us because they had to swap our table numbers. The food was okay and the lady who brought us the food was friendly, but staff need to learn to use their initiatives, especially when it comes to social distancing to protect the health of staff and customers. Their jobs aren't difficult, working in McDonald's must be the easiest job going, and yet they acted as though moving customers from a stall to a table was the most difficult task...
Read moreWe ordered a double no pickle came with no onion asked for some to be put in the manager walked off came straight back said there is onion in there it’s dehydrated onions and had maybe two little pieces the attitude from them was terrible out of four burgers three were refunded as I’m a previous employee of a macdonalds the staff training is very shocking now days they used to have procedures and each station to be left on it you had to be watched to ensure every item was the same and to spec and you got a star and rewards now they only care about the money charge you £6 for a burger that looked like dog food the items inside a burger ment to be placed ie pickles they now just chuck them in so you get one bite of pure pickle and the rest of the burger nothing the standards have gone downhill so much and now the little runts that they get to run these places are just so rude when you dare ask for what you pay for they throw a fit try getting you mad so they call security to remove you the security team are getting fed up with macdonalds I would avoid liberty...
